With the capacitor upside down it's obviously been replaced. I'd question that a 80-5 cap is the correct size. Could be, but seems rare.

That compressor sounded rough. The lineset was sweating, but could it have been low, needling the oil more than the actual refrigerant?
It's a Goodman, you're not supposed to be able to hear yourself think while it's running!
The only way a unit would lose oil is if it had a major leak such as blowing a line drier or a compresser failure. New compressors come filled with proper amount of oil. The rest of the system would be chemically cleaned to flush iut contaminates and residual oil. If a unit did blow a line drier and immediately lost all the charge, the oil loss would be minimal. Too much oil is a major issue, it can cause TXV issues and clog pistons. Adding oil usually will not quiet a noisy compressorand not too common of a practice. It's not like when your car is low on oil and making noise.
80/5 is a "How you doing" capacitor.

With that kind of damage I would suggest to not be touching the cabinet when the power is turned on.
