Hey Friends today am sharing this very delicious and easy to make coconut Bundt cake, A cake you can do on any day of the week for snacking or just for dessert.
All you for this coconut Bundt cake is just a few basic ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Butter, softened ( 454 g )
1 1/4 lb. Granulated sugar
10 Medium size eggs , at room temperature ( 10 Large )
1 Tbs Vanilla extract
1 Cup Coconut milk
1 Cup Sweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 lb. All purpose flour ( use cake flour if available )
1 Tbs Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Kosher salt
Oven 350F
Bake time 50 - 75 minutes
For the syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Boil and reduce until syrupy
