"I need him to stop me"
That quote hit pretty hard spoken from a criminal and a psychopath
It pretty much sums up Joker's motivation. He can cause all the chaos he wants, but contrary to his laughter, sick humor, and smiling... none of it would never give him any joy if Batman was never there to stop him. All Joker wants is to die, but it wouldn't do if he died by the hands of anyone other than Batman.
It wouldn't be fun without Batman. What's the point of being a villain or a hero if there's no adversary to overcome?
Think about the batman who laughs
@@dangerouslysafe3 The Injustice Joker was fine dying to Superman, but that may have to do with the fact that the "joke" he set up was meant for Sups anyways.
@@neillanrose5775 The one Joker hates.
There is a comic where batman is in position to kill the Joker but lets him go and Alfred comes up to Bruce and discusses how the city of Gotham changes everyone that even Bruce is not a sane man and that the reason, he always lets them live is so he can keep being Batman. Seeing Catwoman laugh like that reminds me of that scene
Yep, City of Gotham is insane. Well, leave you insane. or both.
Lazy plot disguised as an excuse to keep making Batman comics.

The weirdest part is Batman letting joker kill everyone at the wedding
batman allowing everyone to be killed before actually doing shit has to be the most batman thing ever
You'd think after massacring a wedding even Batman would be like 'Ya know? Go ahead and do it.'
@@BlazingOwnagerthey’re just extras. Nobodies. Batman only freaks out if it’s someone important.
Which is proof he’s just as crazy as the joker.

@@natman2939how...? That's actually way more normal of him. Reacting way equally to a complete stranger dying as to a friend would be the way crazier behaviour.
@@oyoo3323 Batman, when he's well written cares deeply for all people.

The bride got shot in the head and Batman just stares at him like it's another tuesday
Where's that Dark Knight Returns "No more!" attitude? Or even just a simple "NO!!!!"

Batman let the joker kill an entire wedding's worth of people, and when he says he'll shoot himself he just... COMPLIES?!
Well you gotta admit it was kinda funny
I don't think you're supposed to take any of this seriously
It’s actually the governments fault all the people joker has killed and they still never gave him the death sentence. Batman is just doing his job as a good honest vigilante even if he did kill the joker the government would find a way to get him on a murder charge. All the villains that go around killing and causing chaos is the government of Gotham and frankly the country’s fault because they don’t give them the death sentence I don’t think Batman would have a problem if the government legally authorized the death sentence on them. He became Batman because he saw that law wasn’t doing anything to stop criminals. And also because his parents were murdered but. Mostly i think because he saw the law wasn’t doing shit to stop them.
I mean he can massacre million people, and he still tries to throw him in Gotham.
Not too mention what he did to Barbra, Jason, and a Tim.
It's a wonder that Gotham or the US Gov hasn't just decided to execute him.
yeah I get batmans code but its garbage.
Joker confused his revolver for a glock with an extendo mag with the amount of bullets he was just spraying without reloading.

Harley: Bman? What the hell is wrong with puddin’?
Bats: He’s having a cross-universe experience and his brain can’t take it.
Harley: How did you know-
Bruter: Because I’m Spider-Bat!
In this issue. He looked more like Willem Dafriend to me... 🤷🏿♂️
I wish Willem got a role as the Joker, he seems so fit for the role
For everyone who say that Batman does not support the Joker well, here it is.
imagine supporting a mass murderer immediately after he just killed a bunch of people in front of you. LOL something is wrong.
That's what I love about Batman, even though he SHOULD kill or let the Joker die as at this point the blood of those killed by Joker is also on Batman's hands for not just ending him, Batman doesn't do the easy practical thing. Its not logical but I admire him standing by this principle to never kill. When we get looks into Batman's mind he is broken, he is dealing mentally with all this guilt, but he stands by his principles. Of al Batman's villains Joker is the worst, all the others ussually have some reason to their madness, but Joker purposly let's himself go insane, because he knows it hurts Batman seeing all these people getting killed and not willing to kill Joker himself.
@@TheZamaron Yeah, suuuuure, he is an idiot.
@@TheZamaronthat’s something I hate about the character. Batman isn’t a hero here, he’s just the jokers enemy.
@@SuperRONDALEthe reason batman never kills is cause he knows once he starts he won't stop. In an alternative universe he turns into the batman who laughs. Him killing joker has larger repercussions for innocents. If the authorities just chose to execute joker it would work out for everyone. Batman wouldn't stand in the way of legal execution
this felt like a fever dream
AI aside, I like how Joker is written here. His train of thought is a complete mess.
This book was AI?
@@Scrappy_ill_fold_ya_DooNo, the writer and artists are all real people. The voiceover is what's AI.

I always like it when Joker's own train of thought screws him over, rather than him being an unstoppable criminal mastermind.
Tom King is a real human
1:40 ok, so would it be murder if Batman moved forward an inch? I would’ve started dancing if I was Batman
British Joker isn’t real, British Joker can’t hurt you.
British Joker:
He ain't British see no knife only a gun
Why are you sayign British Joker? He's just using Joker's classic Mark Hamill voice.
To be fair, Joker has always had a weird accent that borders on sounding British.
I’m surprised nobody here mentioned it sounds almost exactly like Richard Epcar’s injustice Joker.
Pretty sure Batman would call Joker's bluff on killing himself.
You really think it's a bluff?? It's the JOKER we're talking about. If Batman moves an inch, he essentially killed the Joker and lost the moral battle, which is what the clown wants.
@brunowillich1837 Exactly. Batman would be fine if Joker killed himself. Batman wins, it's an empty threat.
Clark listening to the whole thing from Metropolis: "Yeah, on second thought, maybe I won't make the wedding after all."
Batman was just really a spectator here...
"Joker threatens to kill himself if batman doesn't stop"
Everyone in the vicinity then wakes up from death and start running and pushing Batman to Joker
Bro killed a dozen ppl and Batman still thinks he needs help
Gotta love how they all act like homies
imagine u and your friends get killed by the joker and when batman and catwoman come to "save" you they just chat to the Joker like hes an old friend, like u didn't just die for no reason.
We're was joker when I got married he could have stopped me
Damn bro
You okay dude?
Batman didn’t have to destroy that beautiful stain glass window
Joker doesn't like guns but he loves using them
This is why i didn't read comics. For all the good stories that are out there, there's so many dumb ones that take away all the drama.
Sometimes even a great run can go horribly bad. I love Punisher Max until Ennis leaves, then the quality spirals into the ground and explodes.
I agree this story is terrible
You want to know the worst part? Selina leaves Bruce at the alter after this.
Poor Joker all of this because he ran out of hostages.
This isn’t the Batman I know, the fact he still did what the Joker said after witnessing him kill everyone in the room is so stupid. I’m not a fan of comics and don’t take em seriously but this is too far.
There were plenty of times where the joker stop a multiversal cathasthropie.
Or straight up cure cancer , and save alfred ,or tim or damian etc.
Joker is smth of a constant no one knows why batman is ok with killing luthor but not him or his human allies killing the joker.
But tha decisiin has been productive overall
I'm so tired of Joker being treated as a rival. Batman doesn't need to kill him, but giving him attention like this is pathetic. Batman should quickly ruin his fun, putting him in jail, and leave without giving Joker another word to say. Joker doesn't deserve any spotlight, so I hated how he did, especially after he just killed all those people.
Of course, Joker needs Batman. It's his whole thing. Everyone understands this, but I feel they also misunderstand a key part. Though Joker needs him, Batman doesn't need him. They are not two sides of the same coin or yin and yang. Batman should be able to move on from Joker the most out of all the rogues.
At this point, the writers are just shipping Batman and Joker and using Batman's trash of a code to keep Joker alive
How is joker still alive

Great voice acting as always, but this story was fairly weak. Honestly, I don’t mind the idea of Joker having a sort of obsession with Batman, but there’s a right and wrong way to do it. This was definitely the wrong way.
Could you elaborate ?
@@elcalabozodelandroide2 To put it simply: I hate it when Joker is made WHOLLY dependent on Batman. In my opinion, Joker works best as this nihilistic agent of chaos who views life as one big joke. All his cruelty is driven by a philosophy that there is no meaning or purpose in anything and he's just trying to make people "see the funny side" of it all; that the human race pretends to be civilized and evolved when it's capable of producing monsters like himself.
I think it sucks when writers dumb Joker down to just "wanting to play with Batman." There are stories where Joker just straight up quits being evil because Batman is gone: "Without Batman, crime has no punchline!" Like, it paints the idea that if Batman just died or retired, then the greatest threat to Gotham would simply give up.
I guess my point is that I just really dislike any version of Joker who revolves entirely around Batman to exist. "I need him to stop me" is a really dumb motivation to me.

Tricking the Joker into thinking he killed Batman is probably something he should try more
Your voice is damn perfect for these clips
Batman has to be held responsible for many of the jokers murders since he refuses to end him.
Hey, I just found your channel a few days ago and it's recommending me your videos from time to time. I love the quality of your videos, keep up the good work :)
Joker: Kills everyone at Batman's wedding
Batman: punches him a couple of times and then lets him live.
newsflash: Batman's the bad guy.
Imagine Superman hears all that with his super hearing
"Jesus, Bruce. No wonder you're mentally sick all the time"
He probably did, Batman's his best friend, so, it's canon that he's always hearing in case Batman asks for help
If only batman allows red hood to get rid of joker
its so scary how self aware joker is that he can't stop and the only person who he trusts to stop him is batman
I've never liked batman's code, but this is one of the worst iterations of it. Joke slaughters a whole church full of people and batman not only complies with his demands but kneels and prays with him?
same dude who snaps joker's neck for trying to kill Lois Lane and setting off the injustice timeline.
i hate this modern “in love with batman” obsessed with proving a point joker tbhh, like wheres the good ol enjoying killing robbing bank joker
What a strange story.
Bro him shotting that many bullets with the revolver hurt me
You realize Batman is an egomaniac just like Joker for even thinking someone like him can change, and didn't put him down years ago.
Comic heroes aren't allowed to die, they're stuck in time, retelling the same story ad infinitum.
"What did I ever do to you, Bats?? Aside from, you know, all that stuff..."
Something about this art style is weird
Woosh masochist on another level lmao
I guess joker won’t make it to the wedding after all lol
He blew himself up but Batman was knocked unconscious??!
The part that got me was when joker killed everyone and then said, pray with me, Batman or I will shoot myself, lol WTF is this comic book?😂😂😂
The interact between catwoman and joker
Is like 2 siblings after a fight
It's actually a fascinating take on Joker to think of him as a villain who figured out how to win, like, he knows on some fundamental level he can destroy the world and nobody can stop him and yet he chooses to occupy himself with zany theatrics out of some very final sense of guilt or duty to avoid his own horrifying potential. Like the whole reason he does such gruesome things is to make sure somebody is always fulfilling his need to be stopped and punished for what he's capable of.
batman, despite countering people drawing guns at point blank range still got his head next to joker's revolver gotta be the most unrealistic part of this
This comic is the definition of "whoopsie number threesi" when an ATF agent is trying to get into an old granma's home and she has 8 little chow dogs
Batman also said Amen why he gotta go that far for rhe role 😂
This comic has such weird vibes i just didn't Think Joker would say things like that outright
While joker was supposedly grabbing another person to hostage was Batman just standing there

Your channel is the best thing ever man keep it up!!!
Batman is okay with murder as long as he's not doing himself-_-
The fact that Batman failed to kill the Joker in the first year after their initial encounter proves that he is the most pitiful "hero" that history has ever seen
Yeah.
This is one of those times where Batman could be rid of the Joker if he does nothing. I mean, Joker puts a gun to his head and threatens to shoot if he moves. I would be hitting the sturdy at that point. And this comic issue is just insanity on paper.
Remember Batman have many tools that can KO criminal and he not use any them here.
Remember that Batman is expert at stealth and he just come by breaking the window.
No wonder many criminal keep going their stuff if Batman still playing around and not just use everything he have.
Know this is a comic but no way that revolver had that much ammo without reloading 😂
I hate this comic.
Batman would have knocked that gun away and knocked out Joker for the wedding guests he killed
Why didn't Batman just see the bomb in the cross with his detective vision? This is so dumb.
/s
How many bullets were in that gun, goddamn
I've alway considering batman a villian. He lets serial killers live so that they can break out of Arkham Asylum and continue on their psycho ways. Every kill that Penguin, Riddler, Joker and other ect. characters do is on his head. He allows it and Batman is the problem.
I love this art style.
I mean I get that batman has a code, but this shows how stupid it really is. The Joker threatens to shoot himself and suddenly has control over Batman. how many people could just pull that stunt? imagine he had two guns! one to point at himself and one to kill however many people he feels like while Batman does nothing.
The narrator's voice kinda reminds me of the narrator for bug wars
Why the hell would batman care if joker kills himself praying was too much This is shameless Batman doesn't play into joker's mind games For joker himself
The fact that Batman just let those people die and basically just still let things go as they did, is why I just can’t respect this man
I can't believe Joker wasn't invited 😭. After all they have been through the schemes that plots and all the times bat man beat him to a pulp and he didn't even invite Hime 😭.
This issue was very frustrating, just how utterly helpless Batman was. Happened a few times in this run.
Never would have happened if he killed the Joker.
So shes the next joker now?joker is like curse yo
Nah, actually she leaves Bruce before the wedding day claiming if she marries to him she'll kills Batman and Gotham needs Batman.
So she kinda listens to Joker.
Batman can't kill Joker. Joker can't kill Batman. Both have their reasons for that, if Batman kills Joker, he will have nothing to do, since Joker is only the one who giving Bruce a reason to be a Batman, a reason of being hero, same with Joker, he can't kill Batman because nobody can stop him from doing chaos, he'll just kill himself to see Batman again, even though he'll going to hell.
Was this comic made with 3D or am I hust tripping? It looks interesting
So, this Joker is a masochist and a sadist, but more of a masochist?
I utterly love the artwork of comic. The story itself was odd though.
