Definitely flat, like a great American apple pie!
I saw about 20 minutes of the 1st episode then i had to go throw up because of the way they totally destroyed the Fallout lore I had come to love by playing the games. I won't be watching any more of that shite.
One has to think of the TV show like fan fiction, it lives in the Fallout Universe but doesn't follow the lore.
