Difa store in T nagar is very famous for earrings and other accessories, they have a huge range and varieties starting from 80 rs. Also Oneplus showroom opposite small shop near miniso they have quality scrunchies for ₹30 😄❤️

Do shopkeepers understand english or hindi? I am a bengali recently transferred there, know a bit of Telegu but tamil tereyada, pl help
I think they will understand basic English but I would suggest you to take someone who knows Tamil so you get things in correct prices
They understand English but you need to really break it in keywords. They’re not too good at it but you can still make it work. Harder in streets or small stores they don’t understand Hindi or English only Tamil. Bigger shops it’s better. Auto walas also don’t understand but it’s still okay cause you can make it work.
