I opened 2 cases in my entire life,and with almost 5 years of CS:GO. Then I decided to buy skins that I spesifically wanted including a knife,it was a gut doppler p4 lmao. It gained more and more value over time and I can sell it for more than twice the amount I bought it for.That's my experience,stay away from cases but buy the skins yourself (but don't get crazy)
