Aeromotive makes quality components and I hope to use them in one of my builds in the future. Just a few thoughts: first, I love the use of the claw hammer and screwdriver to install the mounting ring-total backyard mechanics at its best! Second, being the obnoxiously OCD mechanic I am, I'd want to check the that the electrical resistance of the float is correct, and that it's able to operate in a full range of motion after installation (ask me how I've been bit by this in the past). I'd imagine the resistance reading can be taken right from the wires found in the white connector, and as a next step I'd also use a Power Probe to verify pump activation. www.powerprobe.com/ As always, you can catch us talking about this and other aspects of car building on MotorMouth Radio where Terry is a valued contributor.
Love your videos I to have a GMC envoy denali it's got a 5.3L all stock I've rebuilt the motor 2,800$ rear end rebuilt 800$ and now the transmission for 1,800 at amco transmission and auto I'll leave that to the Pro's lol . All in all I love my ls. Ps I have 360,000 Mile's on my engine block lol takes a licking and keeps on ticking
I'm wondering how I can use a kit similar on my 98 k3500. Wanting a drop in pump that can support up to 800rwhp just to be safe. Its getting a l94 with an LSA on top. With supporting mods and few other things. Any recommendations I want something that mounts the stock way.

lolol thanks brotha Ray.. i did the old school method.. i flipped the tank upside down and if it reads full.. tighten it up and roll..
What's the part # for this kit? Keep up the good work Terry!! Love your video's!
they are still developing a part number, you can call Matt at Aeromotive and ask for the Terry setup and they will hook you up..
Im doing a similar build in my Camaro SS and want to know would you recommend this pump over a dual intake from FORE which is is about $500 more?
i love Aeromotive parts.. thats the only fuel system i will everyuse on all my builds..
Awesome system!, Do you have a part number??

Sounds good brother, thank you very much for your videos and the help you provide. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
What size hole saw that is?
looks like the normal 4inch hole.
What is the reason for putting in that baffle?
to keep fuel from sloshing around, it will keep fuel pump submerged so you won have starvation issues when you hit a turn hard.
