You can change the Pitch. Take any acapella (or even any song, really) and speed it up, you'll hear a higher pitch. Naturally, guys have low pitched voices then girls. So when you take a low pitched voice and speed it up (or artificially turn up pitch) you can make it sound somewhat like a girls voice.
