Kitni achhi recipe di ap ne..hmare yaha b bhot hi pasand kiya jaata h aur isitraha se bnaya jata h .. Indian🇮🇳 recipe di ap ne bhot shukriya 🙏
1 pot 6 cups water. 2 cups chana flour 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp citric acid
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil
1+ 1/4 cups
1 tsp leveled baking soda+ 1 tbsp water
15 mins for steam
tadka
1.5 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 green chilly
2 tbsp kari patta
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp citric acid or 1 tbsp lemon juice

Khaman and Dokala are two different thing. DOKALA is made of rice, udad dal and chana dal. Kahman is made out of either besan or wet grind chana dal.
