I'm gonna have to read Rule 59 and see what it says. I need reconsideration on a denied motion for default. Thanks for the video education.
The title of the motion does not initiate procedures it simply states the purpose and for whom. This motion is for the judge. The judge initiated procedure. Any title generalizes or simplifies purpose. The title is needed for the judges directional understanding.
What is motion to resolve
