Please don't join PSUs. It looks very good on the outside. Once your company is in losses you will never get pay revision. Sometimes other perks like hra are also denied because of losses. Govt. will do nothing to save the PSUs and they don't care about employees.. Join any private organization even with low pay at starting but better career prospects in future..
Private companies may even kick you out if they are in losses , atleast job security toh hai , and jo perks milne hai regular time par , they are much better in psu s
