So in the position where Mushi (Shadow Fiend), is a high ground so the enemy (Weaver) can't see him casting ult. But more importantly, Weaver is invisible coming up the high ground as well(which is also THE carry), meaning Mushi gambled and won. The S4 million dollar coil is the same as well since S4 casting it blindly and somehow it disrupts Dendi from teleporting to the base to help the defense. For Dream Coil(Puck), a ministun is applied on-cast, and will also applied if you move a certain range away from the center of the coil. So again, he gambled his ult to disable the biggest catch and a support. The Earth Spirit is as you mentioned, and Aghanim Scepter ability, but before that, he activates a shrine to heal(there used to be a shrine in the base to heal but removed in later patches) before doing the aghs combo to save his teammate.
I like how this guy called someone missplay and judges them low level rank immediately while he watched nearly 2 hour Dota videos and 50% doesn't what was going on ... 11/10 would watch again.
1:25:56 - This is why fountain was buffed on last patch... No it has Ursa's passive, "Fury Swipes", which increases the damage received every time you get hit.
56:50 he used the shovel and luckly it was a creep wich is perfect because invoker is invisible and he cant attack him instead he attacked the creep causing his attack to splash to invoker
56:40 "He just wanted to get extra gold". Nope he expected Invoker ghost walk, so he rolled the dice, got a creep from shovel so THAT HE CAN CLEAVE INVISIBLE UINTS. Or he was feeling bored waiting on invoker.
not sure if someone told this already, but in the clip at 46:43... rubik seemingly already had juggernaut's ult stolen. he then cast steal on shadow fiend. before that steal reached him and overrides his other stolen spell, he blinks in and ulties jugg, menawhile he receives SF ultimate too while in the middle of that animation, and starts casting it somehow. and the cast time of SF ult coincides with the end of ongoing jugg ult. basically he abuses that lag time before a stolen spell reaches rubik. However, being able to cast SF ult while casting jugg ult is something we never foresaw either.
5:16 He stole the Supernova and did it (forcing the enemy team to disengage) on top of that he managed to steal Sleep (witch is one of the lowest coldwoon abilities in Dota) preventing 2 other heroes from escaping, all in a mater of 10 seconds.
11:29 Puck. the blue/pink fairy played by S4. was preventing Navi from teleporting back with "dream coil" and "scythe of vyse" so NP could chip away at their base. he does this multiple times but for some reason they only showed a few. Another thing Navi was the previous champions of "The International" so stakes were high for Alliance to win, especially because this was the final match.
46:34 this is actually really impressive play. rubick has stolen jugg's omnislash and is ready to use. rubick sees that shadow fiend is nearby (sf's distance is also important in the play) and somehow he's aware that sf's last casted spell was his ult. rubick then casts spell steal to steal sf's ult. now spell steal is a projectile, meaning casting spell steal doesn't immediately grant rubick the stolen spell, the spell has to travel the distance between rubick and the hero he's stealing spells from. because sf was pretty far, the spell has a relatively longer travel time. in that travel time, he casts omnislash (his initial stolen spell because sf's ult hasn't arrived yet) on juggernaut making him invincible (that's what omnislash does). while omnilash was going, the sf ult arrives and he starts casting it behind the invincibility provided by omnislash. without the invulnerability of omni, rubick wouldn't have cast sf's ult because of the cast time and jugg can overpower him pretty quick. so all in all, it's really impressive that the rubick player had enough insight to think of doing something as complex in a split second
Jugger used his Q to spin it makes him immune to spells and enigma popped his bkb as soon as the song ended and Dendi force staffed himself away frm the ravage and stealing it and they just turn it around
At 1:29:00.... you can't really run away from a Tiny w/Blink + Timber + IO unless you have some kind of actual escape mechanism. A walk away is basically guaranteed death.
Most of the top plays doesn´t seem really impresive because they have to do more with positioning rather than ability, but I feel they are more cool if you take fog of war into consideration
The earth spirit save was pretty OP cos it stopped the reapers scythe from actually hitting the bristle back even tho it had been cast, this is big cos it deals damage based on missing health and adds up to 30 seconds to reap aen time meaning their tank would’ve been out for more than 2 minutes
16:20 They've fucked up the timing. Nagga Siren's ulti applies to everyone in the game. Everyone is invulnerable to any kind of damage during Her Sleep... Still the genious about this play was to figure out the Enigma with BKB could counter everything after the Sleep finished and Rubick could just stole Ravage if TideHunter wasn't aware, turning it into a complete reverse-swipe with much "lesser heroes".
56:15 - no he used shovel to get the neutral creep... to use it to hit Tidebringer splash on invoker , when pulls him back with x ... hitting tidebringer on a lower armor hero or neutral, makes more dmg than hitting directly
That Shovel Play at 56:46 is because that Kunka knew invoker will be invisible and he cant attack him so he used shovel because shovel either spawns a bounty rune or a kobold creep which he can hit and the cleave will damage injoker too.. Pro Plays
46:12 rubick already have jugg's omnislash because he stole it earlier, then a second before he using it, he steal sf's requiem, rubick's Spell Steal have animation delay time before he acquire the spell that he steals, in that delay time, he used omnislash to jugg, then he acquire the requiem in the middle of omnislash, and he use requiem in the middle of omnislash too
at 11:33 what happenes is that the puck(the player is S4) stops 5 Navi tp. 3 at their base and 2 next to the the river. most importantly of all he stopped Dendis tp twice which won them the game and ultimateli the TI3 championship
He die for reset Lane so after he die to tower he can tp to mid tower.(die bcus of tower give less gold and if the enemy already dead it give 0 experience
I mean a lot of plays in here, especially OG in TI9 are just for fun, they just do it for fun, that's all =)))) The Ana blocking Notail for example, he just intentionally blocked Notail so that Notail got kill. Just having fun. You see, even Jerax, one of the best Earthshaker in the game was just messing his ultimate ability like a noob.
During Nagas ultimate, enemies cannot be damaged And there was a slight delay between where nagas ult and ravage was used, in which the BkB was used to gain spell immunity
Team Liquid didn't use all their mana on the finals; Topson picked a REALLY never picked item on his Gyro: Diffusal blade. It burned all the mana of liquid with his AOE ability. That diffusal single-handedly won the final match
He cannot pass the Aegis to any other hero. He can only pass Cheese and Aghanims Chard (at the time there was only Cheese) but he denied 200 gold for each enemy team-hero, secured 200 gold for each ally team-hero despite being dead, got the full XP of killing Roshan and snatched the Aegis denying the enemy carry a free second life while obtaining a second one for himself and killing or slowing almost any push momentum (allowing his team to respawn and fight for another more 10 minutes). Also for context, Ah-Fu was a "rookie unproven" player at the time, playing for one of the best Dota teams in the world ever (LGD), being on that team for something like 1 year, max.
the enemy can't see some of the abilities. like the first part of ancient apparition's ultimate and invoker's sunstrike. they can however see the upgraded sunstrike (cataclysm)
This clip doesn't show it, but s4 actually managed to cancel 2 sets of Teleports, during the same play, (the first because they had to wait to not get stunned and got killed, and in the second because they've forced it and got stunned) that allowed for Alliance to rat-Dota into a win that they "shouldn't" ever have by "normal" gameplay standards.
the enemy team spends so much time and so many heroes to kill the roshan so their carry can have a safe fight , but enemy support stealing it puts them in a pretty bad shape
13:29 Earth Spirit Rolled-up, Aghanimed is own Ally and Kicked him-out of the fight. He sacrified himself, for that split second he managed to make his Carry Invulnerable and saved him so that they could have another chance to fight later in the game and take kills they would never manage to do if that carry was dead to begin with.
With a lot of these game, I'm understanding is that in league if your core dies it doesn't matter as much but in dota, 1 kill on a core can mean the difference between winning or losing the game, it really is a team game where 1 hero down can be huge, league from what I understand can gather 4 on 5 and who ever connects the most bursts wins
A dead core on a crucial team fight on Dota 90% of the time loses you that fight. That’s why people would throw everything they’ve got even for just 1 kill because that’s just how important cores are. That’s also why supports gladly sacrifice themselves to make sure their cores get out of a bad situation.
The kunka used the shovel cause it has probability of spawning a jg monster which he used to damage the invoker with the passive cleave cause the ult damage wasnt enough
owning aegis especially in the late game is game-ending in Dota. most of the fights happening in the late game in high mmr brackets happen around the pit because of it.
Some of clips reminded a naga siren bug where you could make illusions and sell illusions items that you this way generating money. So 5 min into game you could be 6 slotted
1:22:09 comment kinda old, but this is pro act of dota that not understand by most LOL player If storm just leave into fog of war then arc warden will not chase then there not kill for storm, basically storm risk it so when he pretend to be out of fog of war, then he come out of fog of war again, arc warden will go in further as arc warden already commit the chase cause if he don't commit then storm come out fog of war just get free shot of arc, arc cannot go out of range tower then only try to commit cause storm would have taken few free hit then arc would had dead, so instead storm come out of fog of war try to bait arc warden deeper cause arc warden also under pressure of tower so storm thought he can get the kill, but just arc warden play better than storm
kunkha didn't use shovel to get extra gold, he predicted that a creep would come out of it and since his 2nd skill makes his cleave do more damage to the target behind than the one you actually hit, he basically 1 shots invoker because of that creep.
The aegis steal denies the enemy of the gold and the aegis ofc making it hard for them to push highground. Aegis is basically free hits to highground tower since you're not really risking anything
in Dota 2 wich is a game with a lot of objectives, Roshan on a strong hero is posible the scariest thing in the game, I mean if you waste all your abilities to kill him he just respawn and kill everybody in the tf. Thats the reason what the aegis of the inmortal is probably the biggest objective before to go high ground. It is essensial. Imagine if you are lossing the game in terms of networth and the enemy snowballgame will increase with this roshan and you just steal the aegis you preserve the game and reduce the advantage of the enemy team. Sorry for my bad english
The bid deal im the top 8 is that the ilt he stolen is an AOE stun that refreshs all abilitys so he needs to blink and steal the ult before phoenix use anyother ability pretty hard to do btw not impossible but hard
4:18 no way he could ever kill them alone, in dota damage is ALOT slower to come out and DP right click is garbage, if she used her ult she most likely would have died since it takes a couple seconds for it to start doing its job, League is pretty much all burst damage and every hero is rounded off in many aspects, dota you're either really good at something or it's a terrible idea that can be done through items but shouldn't also she had witchcraft back then only reduced his cooldowns by 4 seconds and not spirit siphon which does % damage
Just so you know Immortal player can be 5500MMR and the top Immortal players are 10 000+MMR so the difference between random Immortal and someone in top 100 is MASSIVE!
Mushi shadow fiend play he used the ulti predicting a invis hero and turnt that fight, in dota its not always the big things that causes a change in the fights its the small ones like how in 2018 ana sold his item before he died to get buyback won them the game
the dude was like "What's going on????????!!!!!!!!!!!!" not even watching the video full..... freaking stupid is that how you do things on your life? Seeing a food for the first time.... "This taste bad"
Weaver could have EASILY killed Shadow Fiend and Dark Seer... Shadow Fiend had no vision at all of Weaver.... we can see it because we are spectators, but in game he wasn't able to see Weaver... He just calculated it based on movement and develop of the fight.
Aside from Dota Wtf theres also some great Dota 2 content creators like Mid or Meepo, Trymike4instance and Combo Wakamaka, sadly they dont upload much these days but there videos are dank quality.
didnt understand a bit of what sf doing he predicted where weaver go btw weaver is a priority hero to kill its not about how many u kills its all about skills
For the sake of the video, the Lotus on Sniper from clockwork are cut down to show those highlighted moment only instead of the actual game time progress , not a low CD on lotus.
The Aegis is important as it makes a 5v5 into a 6v5. It can also let your strongest hero to go forward without getting scared of getting killed.
So in the position where Mushi (Shadow Fiend), is a high ground so the enemy (Weaver) can't see him casting ult. But more importantly, Weaver is invisible coming up the high ground as well(which is also THE carry), meaning Mushi gambled and won. Low rank Secret.Matumbaman :D
"Why did he do this I don't understand"
Bro its dota wtf, that's the theme 😂
LoL player: Why would he do this?
Dota player: For fun.
Other Dota players: Just standing there doing nothing cause what happening there is fun.
"i dont get it, that was dumb"
me: wtf man, that was so sick play
"ngl that was hype"
me: wtf man, that isn't even a rare play
When he said "it's so dumb, idk."
I laughed
1:25:56 - This is why fountain was buffed on last patch... No it has Ursa's passive, "Fury Swipes", which increases the damage received every time you get hit.

Stealing phoenix's ult is one of the most god tier things you can do in this game, it is ultra hard. Plus FY is a god so he deserves a spot
not sure if someone told this already, but in the clip at 46:43... rubik seemingly already had juggernaut's ult stolen. he then cast steal on shadow fiend. before that steal reached him and overrides his other stolen spell, he blinks in and ulties jugg, menawhile he receives SF ultimate too while in the middle of that animation, and starts casting it somehow. and the cast time of SF ult coincides with the end of ongoing jugg ult. basically he abuses that lag time before a stolen spell reaches rubik. The longer you travel with storms ult, the bigger the dmg you deal. Great videos and a great personality, keep it up!
8:10 is a top play because, shadow fiend is in the highground, which means that area of the map is dark, weaver didnt see it coming
11:29 Puck. the blue/pink fairy played by S4. was preventing Navi from teleporting back with "dream coil" and "scythe of vyse" so NP could chip away at their base. he does this multiple times but for some reason they only showed a few. u must be really bad at dota, if u cant avoid tiny
In 8:27 SF is in High ground so Weaver cant see him plus from what i recalled that was ths winning play
Most of the top plays doesn´t seem really impresive because they have to do more with positioning rather than ability, but I feel they are more cool if you take fog of war into consideration

"Oh it's lifestealer..... how is he not dead?"
LIFESTEALER!! LIFE STEALER! LIFE LIFE LIFE LIFE LIFE LIFE STEALER STEALER STEALER!!!!
Cool video! Dota wtf is what got me really interested in Dota 2 honestly

47:28 this dazzle make me laugh so hard bro 🤣🤣🤣
This dude doesn't know how fun it is to bully the enemies inside their own fountain
because theres no fountain diving in league of legends
When naga siren release the song. Lightofheaven cast the bkb and then ult. He press the bkb first. before the fatboy press the ravage.
Cant believe ive watched you for 1 hour and 45 min lmao
Lmao me too, but honestly im just watching dota 2 stuff not him. He's only trigger me with his stupid comment about the game lol
1:22:14 well Storm spirit cant run cause arc Warden flux and arc 3rd skill so better fight(if he die it better to take enemy with him
He die for reset Lane so after he die to tower he can tp to mid tower.(die bcus of tower give less gold and if the enemy already dead it give 0 experience

During Nagas ultimate, enemies cannot be damaged
And there was a slight delay between where nagas ult and ravage was used, in which the BkB was used to gain spell immunity
He’s so clueless
56:50 no he spawned a monster and attacked him his apssive is spreading his right click damage with bonus damage which killed invooker
8:30 Because weaver was invisible and with max speed
52:42 every item that can drop when you die cant place it in backpack
Nice catch Bruno, jungle items now has a dedicated slot unlike before where you can stack them
Team Liquid didn't use all their mana on the finals; Topson picked a REALLY never picked item on his Gyro: Diffusal blade. It burned all the mana of liquid with his AOE ability. That diffusal single-handedly won the final match

This video is unavailable on this device. Reupload pls? Hh
You're absolutely right on the first video, half the clips don't deserve to be there :D
the enemy can't see some of the abilities. like the first part of ancient apparition's ultimate and invoker's sunstrike. they can however see the upgraded sunstrike (cataclysm)
Tp has 60 sec cooldown even if it gets cancelled so most of the heroes that was going to defend the base was forced to walk back
Nvm shouldve finished lol
27:40 a pandemic joke xD
"Why would he do this?"
You think every dota player has 200IQ?
They act like it
This clip doesn't show it, but s4 actually managed to cancel 2 sets of Teleports, during the same play, (the first because they had to wait to not get stunned and got killed, and in the second because they've forced it and got stunned) that allowed for Alliance to rat-Dota into a win that they "shouldn't" ever have by "normal" gameplay standards.
That Clockwerk had mirror shield. When it was released it had a 75% reflect chance on a 4 second d cooldown it was so broken
56:32 invoker invis, kunkka cleaving off the unit.
the enemy team spends so much time and so many heroes to kill the roshan so their carry can have a safe fight , but enemy support stealing it puts them in a pretty bad shape
13:29 Earth Spirit Rolled-up, Aghanimed is own Ally and Kicked him-out of the fight. Dazzle ulti(pasiv) 50% cooldown red
And arcane rune (i don't remember actually how much the cooldown red)
Gosh DOTA is so different now after 2 yrs of not playing damn
owning aegis especially in the late game is game-ending in Dota. most of the fights happening in the late game in high mmr brackets happen around the pit because of it.
1:18:09 Those lines will make yah famous man. haha
Some of clips reminded a naga siren bug where you could make illusions and sell illusions items that you this way generating money. So 5 min into game you could be 6 slotted
You will understand more of these as you get more games under your belt. Btw guys, what is the name of the song in 1:01:26
1:22:09 comment kinda old, but this is pro act of dota that not understand by most LOL player
If storm just leave into fog of war then arc warden will not chase then there not kill for storm, basically storm risk it so when he pretend to be out of fog of war, then he come out of fog of war again, arc warden will go in further as arc warden already commit the chase cause if he don't commit then storm come out fog of war just get free shot of arc, arc cannot go out of range tower then only try to commit cause storm would have taken few free hit then arc would had dead, so instead storm come out of fog of war try to bait arc warden deeper cause arc warden also under pressure of tower so storm thought he can get the kill, but just arc warden play better than storm

The fy play single handedly won vg the game when you said that wasn’t good. He won the game for his team as a support pos 4
Iron branch tree gives 2x more heal when used with tango compared to using it on a regular tree
crazy next level kunkka play ... "oh he just wanted to get extra gold" lmaoo
Great reaction. Please do more of this. You should make this a series.
Gerd Buadlart send videos in discord for me to react to
1:20:10 well watch video against the oddd
In sniper situation, the enemies had lotus orb that any spells to bounce back
He's constantly gasping for air...
Lack of exercise probably
"it's so broken"
the thing in dota is everything is broken that's how they balanced everything.
in Dota 2 wich is a game with a lot of objectives, Roshan on a strong hero is posible the scariest thing in the game, I mean if you waste all your abilities to kill him he just respawn and kill everybody in the tf.
The play was amazing
You're reaction is genuine, i like it no overreact like some other
theres a thing called high ground where u cant see when u r below that
Exorcism does nowhere near as much damage as you think it does.
The bid deal im the top 8 is that the ilt he stolen is an AOE stun that refreshs all abilitys so he needs to blink and steal the ult before phoenix use anyother ability pretty hard to do btw not impossible but hard

Just so you know Immortal player can be 5500MMR and the top Immortal players are 10 000+MMR so the difference between random Immortal and someone in top 100 is MASSIVE!
Mushi shadow fiend play he used the ulti predicting a invis hero and turnt that fight, in dota its not always the big things that causes a change in the fights its the small ones like how in 2018 ana sold his item before he died to get buyback won them the game
the dude was like

Darth Vladi dang:(
1:18:20 hes 3rd skill is increase his lifesteal. And the 2nd skill make him have lifesteal.
Oh and armet boost his strength but with cost 50 dps
