I was already stumped when I saw your recipes for Bhature; and now this aloo tikki is over the top. Can any chef beat you?? I have been following so many world class chef for various Indian and international recipes; I wonder if they themselves understand the science behind cooking. Anyone can become a cook, and that too a great one, if they follow the explanations you give.

Dude u r awesome! M from Delhi & have migrated to Bangalore after marriage. I just cant explain my pain when it comes to Dilli wala chaat, which I miss so.. badly. Here in Bangalore they just dont know how to prepare authentic aloo tikki, alu chaat..etc. Tried so many places, but alwys turned disappointed, so started making chaats at home only.
