This means you should try out a few ideas with your friends and implement them. This approach is the best and a no-loss game for any student in college. Even a failed business makes for a good portfolio piece. If not starting your own business, consider working as an intern at a startup.
@@KaphalStudio oh i see. Usually what issues I've seen beginner designers face with this is they aren't clear what field they want to get into hence they are unable to create a niche specific portfolio to land an internship
@@shubhgada that's why this process would help them figure out niche. They can just figure out a problem in everyday life and try to solve that for someone.
Sir why exams like uceed and nid aren't popular like jee and neet ? Everytime I try to explain about these exams to anyone they don't understand anything and my parents think that these are enginnering exams or have something to do with engineering
Have experienced the same while explaining my plan (interaction design) after 12th to others. I feel its becoz of how glorified and hyped those fields are. Most schools don’t encourage creative fields, as in my case, i came to know abt designing solely through my own research. And if i talk abt my interest to others, all they can think abt is Fashion designing 🥲
As someone who is just entering design college, i wanted to know how could i expand my knowledge about AI and its impact on my stream(Industrial design). Are there any resources /books /sites which have authentic information for the same?
I am gonna start my college from August for bachelor of architecture from NIT..ik im interested in that but im also interested in industrial design what should I really do to continue giving and learning ID or PD like is there any online courses i can opt cause i really want to invest my time in this field also ...acc to my thoughts architecture can be a designer ...so if u can help me out i will also research but a small guidence can help me i think...
Yes Rekha! Architects are designers indeed! You can start with some free courses on Coursera. Eventually level up your game with some paid courses as you are familiar with work and creators. For now the aim should be to identify ID or PD creators on social media and follow their work.
What if I am not into any of the design college ? good or bad, But i want to get through all the steps mentioned by you in this video 🥲🥲 & worst of all, I'm from patna, i can;t even find a single person who are into creating above average good unique piece of work Everyone is following generic stuffs,

You said that every student should play the entrepreneurship startup game
What exactly did you mean by that ? Like what are we supposed to do?

Not sure if there are books yet on this topic. But, you can follow industrial designers/creators on UA-cam and observe their work.
