Great origami guide! Some things I learned while folding this with imperfectly cut wrapping paper:
1.) The starting paper doesn’t have to be a perfect square, but that does make folding this easier.
2.) Make sure the slits that make the branches are the same length. Otherwise, the branch angles will be inconsistent.
3.) You can easily make this into an ornament by threading a string/thread from the bottom through the point of the tree and tying a loop
