This happened in my city and I know this girl lol everything you said is def true. U see she has one eye? All she did was fighting in the hood and someone got her in the eye. I wont say she messy because I don't know her personally but she def stayed in bs and fighting. Then she went quiet (probably trying to fix her life) but you can tell she still aggressive.
It’s sad that there’s really a law that says a police officer doesn’t need a reason to ask you to step out of the car because it shows how corrupt the system is. We have rights but we don’t have a right to refuse??? He could’ve simply came back and said, “There’s a warrant out for your arrest, I need you to step out of the car.” He just said “The Supreme Court says you have to.””If a police officer says you have to get out the car, you have to get out of the car.” 🤦🏽♀️ She even asked “Do I have a warrant?”and he just avoided the question. This could’ve all been avoided if he just told the truth from the beginning, but he wanted her to argue so it could create a bigger case than she was already facing.

She KNEW she had a warrant. Doesn't matter what he said about the Supreme Court. She knew she was wrong. Period. Excuses is all I heard from her.
