you didi it !!! proud proud proud of you...well done ...we have no excuses now...i was going to start a real estate company in ghana this year, then corona happened ....as soon as the boarders open, is on....am soo excited ...when you follow the right and official steps to do things in ghana , the sky is the limit....now you can advertise on radio and t.v and its official....please do not underestimate radio in ghana .invest in radio advertisement with the most popular stations in ghana and you will blow up everywhere..you need one of those catchy jingles that play on peace fm all day and joy fm ...for your posh clientele too ..lol.... such good news....much much success to you...

Great job. Must say though, as a sole proprietorship you personally carry full responsibility including liabilities and you can be sued personally. No matter how small the business I always recommend that sooner rather than later turn the business into a company and incorporate it. A company has iits own legal personality and legally stands on its own. As you expand you may want to consider moving from your sole proprietorship to a company.
