Whether rape or no rape, the question of the missing family, videographer & reporter should be followed by CBI to its conclusion. This is ridiculous. The police cannot enforce the law and prepare cases properly, the judges cannot convict, the criminal justice system is a very long process, pending cases may take years, the parliament is reduced to a raukus assembly of elected thugs and hooligans holding it to ransom, and politicians and bureaucrats holding office to make vast sums of money by corruption.

We have heard that the whole family of Balram singh committed duicide. Moreover this is not only one case. Mr. Ajit Jogi' s daughter was also a victim . Later Ajit jogi was threatened obviously since he had to be in wheel chair and later died. This is what we heard but cannot prove the veracity of the information.
In many constituencies independent candidates did not get a single vote in his own village. How is it possible? With the advent of EVM's the said phenomenon is happening very frequently on a reasonably large scale. Unfortunately there is a deafening silence in the media. Please discuss the said issue with small regional parties and independent candidates. Please save democracy by giving opportunity to sidelined parties and independent candidates.
The problem with these kinds of cases specifically in the criminals cases, proving without doubt that too after 15 years that too after most of the actual evidence removed - are not easy to crack on courts, they are supposed to run without emotions and without evidence it is not going to win. When the samajwadi party supreme and the Congress supreme families are friends and already comprised - we can't expect CBI or any other agency to make magic and bring back the destroyed evidences, in my opinion.
I would rather expect atleast a closure of the cases like 2G where evidence where already captured and just that they where not well presented by the then Congress supporting CBI, ED etc. in the courts.
