A taco is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a small hand-sized corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling, I have shown the desi variant of this recipe. In this recipe I have used paneer as key stuffing ingredients and have made taco sheets using multigrain flour(multigrain aata). This recipe video shows the step by step process of making desi style paneer taco.
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 2
Ingredients:
Pilsbury Multigrain Aata - 2 cups
Paneer - 200 grams
Onion -1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Tomato ketchup-3 tbsp
Green chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cheese ( optional)
Mayonnaise or green chutney

Wow paneer tako banana itna majedaar process mein wo bhi. I would use normal wheat coz wahi available hai gar mein. Aur ha cheese do slice k jaga ek slice prefer karungi . Thoda health conscious hu mein. 😭 Will definitely try. Thankyou mam
