Undertale Help From The Void phase 6: Painful yet Unpredictable Retribution (Flared up) +MIDI

Ok, I tried to make a Papyrus sprite, I really did, but I think I was suffering burnout from the WoF X UT video's sprites or something cuz I just could not do it. I also decided not to do any fancy editing or animation for this one cuz it's been long enough since my last upload lol
Anyways, I mainly made this for ‪@vennisdelapaz‬'s contest, (in which i placed second btw) but he wanted to use this for his video so I was like yeah sure its free clout lol (probably should've released this before he released his animation but whatever)

here's a tip: if you're on pc, right click the video and click loop and it will replay the video each time it ends. if you're on mobile, click the gear icon in the top right and click loop video.

one problem for ipad, usually if its on loop and u turn off or switch ro another app, the whole tabs needs to refresh causing the song to pause. 1h ver make it so that doesnt happend but this is just a issue for ipad so yea :P
