      I think it’s Lactate threshold

      Yeah it’s lactate threshold pace which you can figure out through running calculators

      @@paelo771 That or light tempo which is about marathon race pace, probably lactate threshold

      @@BrianScalabriniFitness13445 Yeah thanks Joey! From all the videos I see from the different athlete UA-camrs, they seem to focus more on easy runs and dedicate just one day for speed work. I think my weakness currently is maintaining a consistent “easy” pace when I clock in my easy long runs

    Isn't there supposed to be more distance like 10k-20k-30k for a marathon training

      Not normally my mom does these type of races and it’s surprising how little distance you need to do for the specific race.

      Lactate threshold, the pace where the lactate starts to build up in your blood. (That burning feeling in your legs)
