As reference to your guest about Finland education system she is saying right because i am in Finland , my kids studying here. As far as tuition is considered , in every era a kid takes tution. I remember my mother use to teach us n assist us at home. Wasnt that a tution? Ab parents yeh zimaydaree bahir day daytay hayn. The fact is pehlay bhi har bacha tution latya tha. Magar ghar main layta tha. One cant say, this tution is a new spill over of private school
Q's. It's economics principle talent n skill flows towards better paying opportunity. A highly qualified person will not opt fr a school which pays him 10,000 coz he knows then he will have to pursue extra means of income which then compromises his attention towards his basic job. It's a fact, the teachers of expensive schools HV better qualified n better experienced academia. The schools pay them well to sustain them. One cannot ignore this. Sirf shauq par chola nahee jalta teachers ka. Understand this.
