Dr. Misra did visiting clinical observership in various subspecialties of radiodiagnosis at Standard school of medicine, U.S.A. He has 18 publications in various indexed national & international journals. He is life member of SFM & IRIA

Please don’t get worried in most of cases isolated hydronephrosis resolves by itself. Hope your dual marker is normal

If dual marker/ NIPT shows low risk, then don’t worry dear. In majority of cases mild hydronephrosis disappears. Follow it up with monthly sonography. Please video again for details

In most of cases mild hydronephrosis disappears with time. Get follow up scan done at 4 weeks. See video again for details

It is normal. As per new guidelines of fetal medicine foundation, above 4 mm is criteria for mild hydronephrosis
Sir left renal mild hydronephrosis with dilated renal pelvis measuring 10 mm
Right renal pelvis measuring 7 mm

We can not do much during pregnancy apart from monthly follow up sonography. It is not mild but moderate hydronephrosis.

Nothing can be done during pregnancy, except monthly follow up. Your is case of moderate hydronephrosis. It may need post delivery workup

Sir anomolly scan mein kuch kidney ka problem seen nehi hua tha..ab 28 week mein Dr ne eka USG kiye bho USG report main right kidney main multiple cyst show hua hai .Sir left kidney ka size 3.10cm hai .aur anomolly scan bhi thik hai aur no abnormality seen in baby .

Affected kidney may be multi cystic dysplasia kidney. This kidney usually gets shrunken with time.
One healthy kidney is sufficient for normal life .
If the affected kidney shrunken with time then this kidney can performing normally ..please tell me sir .
