I like how his character is innately not innocent but bruised and actually disturbed, I wonder if they would play out his anger and hate that they showed glimpses of in season 1, in the 2nd season.
A lot of people said she was better with Do Yeong. But every time she ran into her "executioner" she would literally stop in her tracks. While she never paused nor hesitated around DY, which proves that she didn't see him as anything other than a means to an end
If this were a western show or movie, 100% they would've given us a trash ending where she ended up with the ex-husband, and some pithy scene between Dongeun and Yeojeong where she thanked him for everything and he said some trash line about being happy to have been able to help her or whatever. Instead, we got one of the most perfect endings I've ever gotten in any show I've watched 😇

lol I kinda like how he saw her exactly once but just fell head over heels for her and went to meet her and he truly accepted her and her scars and her personality from the beginning. I think he saw something similar to his darkness inside in her. I also love how he was truly okay with doing anything for her. She summed it up perfectly when she said that she didn't need a prince, she needed an executioner who can hunt with her. Beautiful love story. Not the cliche romance kdrama thing but something so raw and powerful. THis could have developed further even

SEE! This is why I love both of them together, they were like a team, not a competition. Sure she approached him with different intention, but the fact is they both were good for each other. She was his support, and he was hers. 💀💀Still don't understand how she is shipped with Do Young, sure he is handsome and they had a bit of chemistry, but he was not that great as well. He was also flawed, at first I liked him a bit, but the moment he said along the lines that he will not help her sending his wife to jail, the fascination ended. Whereas Yeo Jeong was always there for her when she needed, and she was with him when he needed. This is what a relationship is supposed to look like

When he saw her scars for the first time he was shocked and also heartbroken that she went through something so horrific ❤ the way he swiped a tear after seeing her scars was touching to me. It’s as if he felt her pain too. While Moon suffered physical pain, the doc had internal pain. Both are great and deep. I’m glad they helped each other heal and find that closure…in the form of revenge…justified revenge.

It was also hard for me to believe him... I just thought he was being too kind to her and that he just pitied her. I still doubt him until now and I don't fully trust him yet. I still can’t believe I have worse trust issues than her in this drama because she folded first before I did.
