When an older Rocky Bhai will enter Khansaar at the end of Salaar 2 while Deva is about to reclaim the throne. Rocky makes him aware of the help he extended to Raj Mannar clan in 1985 to dethrone Shauryangaa in return for the Karta title and rule of next 50 years starting 2017. Rocky's army from KGF is standing toe to toe with Khansaar's army at the gates and then fade to black.
