I had an ex send their ex to my house to threaten me, that's kind of sabotaging? Other wise still yes, I had an ex that would spread rumors about me to try and make me lose friends so I could only be with her, pressuring me with self harm and ultimatums. Anyway, yes is my answer.
Quite a sad episode. I hope that by now you have found some people to lean on if you are feeling tired. I can tell you that you are providing lots of support to me by helping me to evaluate myself. And it's not necessarily YOU that has to be a good friend, to have good friends. Its ok to "exploit" someone else, so long as they are ok with it. I find it's easier for me to stand tall if I know that others rely on me. Basically what I am trying to say is that there are people out there that do not mind you being a "bad" friend because being a "bad" friend varies from person to person. And again, I hope you are doing better by now

I have to admit, I can be a bit too candid. I am trying to improve, but I also am truly mentally ill, and sometimes the emotions bubble out. I really appreciate you.
