    Question 19 is wrong I think, I'm pretty sure its exothermic, since the products have less energy than the reactants so energy must've been released in the reaction

      And this is the inherent problem with just learning energy profiles & bond energies by rote (to the point that I had to change my main videos due to people whinging as no-one listened) - it doesn't work at GCSE.
      You MUST think in terms of energy needed to break bonds and make bonds - this is because the whole "they have X amount of energy" is an almost completely useless statement.

      @@ScienceShorts what about q18? i dont understand, if theres more kinetic energy, doesnt that mean that energy is taken in and therefore its endothermic. im not taking mistake out im actually confused, plz explain

      the products have less energy than reactants
      so energy was releases to the surroundings
      so surroundings get hotter
      so temperature increases
      so kinetic energy increases

      guys, just remember MEXO BENDO. Exothermic MAKES bonds (bond energies is higher) and Endothermic BREAKS bonds (bond energies is lower). Also, great video man and gl for ppl sitting the exam tomorrow (:
