Hopefully onky some characters can have certain buffs. For example hawks should NOT be able to have a beta buff😂I think the buffs and reduced cooldown times are fine. @@TokyoSaga funnily enough, there is one true restriction to this system. The skill your character has for example red Deku has fine kota, everyone can use that skill except him. My only theory of why this is, maybe the system and “character memories” is what other characters learn as they fight with or against these characters, for example like an Ochaco could learn Denki’s skill and to be immune to stuns because she fought with him and against him. This is stupid, but it’s all I got
For my opinion the tunning system it can be usefull for the character who have the damage nerf like assault deku also for the cooldowns and life nerfs the problem is REALLY difficult to know how it works
Personally i think it adds such a good level to the game that allows you to belance characters yourself. But i think there needs to be a way we can exchange for the pieces to makeit easier to build. Or more events that give us pieces faster. Soemthing to aid in charcter building

It should be a one or the other type choice you shouldn’t get both damage and health buffs at the same time in your choices but hopefully they work this out to where you have buffs But a debuff aside of it like more hp but you have more lingering fire damage time or something

Like every decision they make just continues to isolate newer players as well as the older base characters in this game. In THEORY this system is really cool and is a nice way to add flexibility to your mains. However like you stated in the video, what if I play Denki and someone has a stun cancel perk. What? so I get punished for landing gamma now? because they Uno reversed my shit. Make it make sense. Like this is just extremely tone def by the devs at this point. If the content is increased from this point moving forward I COULD, POTIENTALLY, understand this as a supplement to balance changes for characters due to them focussing on other things. However these past 6 months/4 seasons is proving just to be a whole lot of nothing because the bare minimum at this point is just waiting 1 month for a new character/quirk skill set to release and nothing more. SMH I just hope this new system is not just too oppressive to vs against. Will just be grinding for new kiri quirk set and TUNING

11:10 she came out like 10 hours ago and shes weird! give us a minute lmao 🤣 na but nejire refinds me of afo in his prime, there's so many ways to level her/ change her playstyle, and there's a lot to remember when using the special action (I haven't seen no one use the endeavour tech, but is amazing on nejire, you just tap spacebar/jump and you stay in the air for like a whole minute and it makes you faster) shes mad fun
Hot take: this new tuning system actually sounds really nice. It is extremely overcomplicated but calling it pay to win is a bit much. If anything it just feels like you're buffing your characters in the aspect you want it to be buffed in. For instance maybe you feel assault deku's alpha needs more damage or his gamma needs higher reload speed. You can buff that (mind you it's not a significant difference and it just makes the game a bit more convenient.) You can also get rid of the stun effects meaning no hawks beta will hurt you ever again. You can get new auras for the skins you love. I genuinely believe it looks fun (but overcomplicated). But think about it this way: surely everyone has a bunch of unwanted (possibly PUR) skins they got in rolls trying to pull for a character. Theyre already giving out free level up currency in weeklies. And everyone has at least 1k hero souls. So i believe it's just a way to make things more fun. Besides its a free game. If you think its a way for the devs to make money youre probably right. Where else will they earn money after all. If you use your tickets wisely you'll end up getting the characters you want instead of buying characters you dont want and regretting it later. The leaks show the upcoming characters so just save up till your fav is right around the corner. It's that simple. Pretty sure the new system is because the devs are too lazy to listen to our suggestions regarding nerfs and buffs so they're probably just like "do it yourself". I know some of these perks are crazy like the freeze effects thing but technically you cant have all the good ones in the same skin. Its a tradeoff and it adds an element of surprise. Just let the season play out more I think this system sounds really fun. I believe it is a useless feature but it isnt "game breaking". Like it doesnt ruin the game. You can put up as much of a fight with base characters. The kota finder is broken af though. Other than that you cant really tune a character much. I mean the hp one only increases your hp by 6 at max. Who needs that. The damage buff increases your damage barely by like 3 or something. It's useless. I believe they should focus on adding crossplay i mean it's a battle royale and their playerbase id already low af. Matchmaking takes ages. Just add it between consoles and then you could maybe fix the hacking problems on pc and add pc to crossplay as well. Thats what i think they should do. Long paragraph ik....
Things it shouldn't be: - You shouldn't be able to buy those things with crystals. - It shouldn't be determined by skins/costumes. Those are cosmetics that you gacha for, and on top of that: How much you can level up a perk is based on how many copies you have of the same skin, making it P2W. - It should just be something you can do for free at any time without having to grind or tryhard to get. If they want it to be balanced, then they should be letting everyone have the same amount of things and be able to choose what they want instead. Otherwise it's AGAIN just P2W

Everyone can buff their characters. Hawks can have as many buffs as Bakugo.
They shouldn't make it costume based rather the tuning should be items that can be bought in game or out game whichever works and those items known
