Todd's lawyer was really good. He told Todd to not show the judge he was impatient & he can't ac5 arrogant. Funny b/c he was so arrogant in the murder trial. Also I liked what he Said about letting himself be the heel & Todd just sit & act the nice calm dad to the judge. I know Winslow & Conrad were really good attorneys. I know they practice divorce & custody law but imagine of he hired 2 guys like them or too bad he didn't know tea only a few months b4 b/c no matter how moral Nora was being she really should have been disbarred for egregiously turning on her own clients at the end making sure theif was a mistrial. Nora as their liar had to defend them. It's the most fundamental concept of why we have defense lawyers. Todd Zack & Powell during that trial never once admitted they raped Marty. I know Nora went to Fitzie begging of the case. I see why she denied the request as she went to her right b4 closing arguments. So that meant her clients would have had to scramble last min.
What I don't get is how Kevin forever hated Todd from his own personal point of view regarding the rape. I just watched it from the beginning. As viki said Marty accused Todd. He never saw Kevin was ever there. In the stand & to Nora he always said it was him Zack & Powell. When Todd saw that Kevin was charged too he said " maybe he had sex w/ her after b/c I don't know why Marty accused Kevin. So when viki said Todd didn't clear Kevin b/c it meant admitting hid owm guilt. That's not true. Todd always said it was just the 3 boys so that was basically clearing Kevin. Marty was the confused one who blamed him. Even if Todd directly said Kevin wasn't w/ them that never meant he had to admit to his own guilt. Marty was still saying Kevin was there til she finally started remembering. U couldn't have had a better witness than viki considering how well thought of she is that town
Blairs lawyer kinda sucked . She barely cross examined Todd's witnesses. I love that viki is a ride or die sister to todd. She battled anyone who insulted him, defended & protected him always.
Blair was at her most irritating during this storyline. When she found out Todd took star a couple days she left him & moved to dorians. Now since she & Todd were married & living w/ starr she was ridiculous not letting Todd see starr at all or viki had to sneak Todd to see star. Blair wouldn't let Todd give her a bday gift & had dorians security guard get him off her property so I don't
