Just because someone respects and supports their colleagues doesn’t mean they’re a "stan" or best friends. You likely don’t consider every person you’ve met or worked with as a close friend, and it’s similar here. He’s respectful and supportive of his colleagues and frequently shares and supports other artists’ music. In South Korea’s music industry, it’s common to exchange albums as a sign of respect and part of the promotion. This doesn’t imply a close friendship or being a "stan," just a genuine appreciation for music and the culture.
