Unfortunately there were not enough Friends of the Museum to guide visitors and and monitor the bigger aircraft. The Swartkop branch of the Museum has pilot training days on most first Saturdays of the month and these are open to the public too.
Kanyi you should go back to the museum on a normal week day and ask to be shown around and have things explained to you. If I was not so far away in Durban I would offer to give you a guided tour.
Yes, I feel like a guided tour would be valuable especially as some of the aircrafts don't have any information. Also, only 3 hangers were open on that day.
Great video! Brought back so many memories of The Rand Airshow I used to go to when I lived in Joburg.
Love your videos! Thanks!😊
I’ve never been to The Rand Show but I understand it’s still very popular. I’m glad you enjoyed the video 🙂
Keeping pushing. We love what you do 💕
Thank you 🙂
Great video Khayni! I was there believe it or not in 1990! Thanks for the memories.
That’s a long time ago 😊Thanks for watching.

There were a lot of people, so it was understandable. Thank you for the info.
