But you need to understand that we only started supporting them massively when they stepped up their game. Not before. Foreign music was the main music in Nigeria in the late 90s and early 2000s, until they stepped up. So to countries asking their fans to support their artistes the way Nigerians do theirs, the artistes first have to step up their game, not before.
