Hi Jennifer, my name is Melissa and I am sort of new to Cricut. I have been watching your videos for a long time even before I got my Cricut. I recently got my Cricut Explore 3 and have not really been able to use it yet as I have not been feeling well. However, I have an acquaintance that absolutely loves holographic items, and I was wanting to send her and her husband some coffee cups... a holographic one for her and just a regular one for him. My question to you is...can you use the Cricut holographic vinyl on regular coffee cups and do they need to be hand washed or no? And then for the regular cup, do I need any special other stuff in order to make those? Please advise? Thank you so much for your time! Have a Blessed Day.

My Explore Air2 does not seem to like 65# cardstock. I have tried using different settings, including the ones that you recommend, and I've tried both the green and the blue mats. I have also tried replacing the blade (several times). But I get many rips and tears in the paper both when cutting and when using the scoring tool. Do you have any suggestions?

I made the Beach Shadow box for my Granddaughter’s birthday . I don't know why but the glitter accent frame cuts in two peices and the tabs won't line up ! What did I do Wrong ?
There are 2 different SVGs for each one. One with score and one you can cut with no scoring. If you want the score lines here is a tutorial for help. jennifermaker.com/cricut-scoring-tools-tips/

You can use all permanent vinyl on mugs and hand wash only.

Help! My Cricut loads the mat but when I go to cut I get the action complete but doesn’t cut any recommendations?
Make sure you are in cut and not draw. Otherwise you may want to contact Cricut. help.cricut.com/hc/en-us
