ye it is, aimbot is a program that helps controller players make a shot because of the steering they get aim assist. I tried controller myself its harder to move but too easy to kill people once you get the hang of the aim assist, it pulls the cursor towards the enemy making it an aimbot if you are good at it spamming the button...holding it... if you try to aim yourself you will always miss... soo yea in my eyes its a cheat and if a pc player would have the same it would be called an aimbot.
