GANNOMAT Express S1 CNC Hinge boring and insertion machine
CNC bore and hinge insertion machine with magazine feeding for the automatic and rational processing of hinges and hinge mounting plates as well as hardware for furniture and cabinets with variable programming of boring inserting patterns. Robustness, durability and ease of use distinguish our automatic CNC controlled drilling and insertion machines.
The Express machine is made to use all brands and most models of furniture and cabinet hardware, specially hinges and mounting plates for cabinet doors. Developed for single piece and just in time production as well as large batch production.
Hinges and mountingplates, as well as other hardware is feeded by a quick change magazine for the complete automatic process of boring and insertion.
