    Mm thank you! Going to try this. I only can find the dried rice noodles tho. Like pad thai noodles. Guess that should work.

    I prefer to pan fry the rice noodles then add some dark soy sauce, otherwise the dish can be watery

    Mince Meat & Breast Meat is fine. Oyster Mushrooms Sauce mix abalone sauce. G Cheong Fun. Condiments Sauce: Chilli Sauce, Tim Cheong & Light soy Sauce (Dash). You forget to keep the soak Mushrooms water, pour in too. Add 1 tbsp sugar. Don't put shaoxing wine & sasame oil. Spoil the original sauce taste.

    Hi Roland, I love fried shallots, goes well with anything and would normally cooked large portion , prepackaged it and store in chiller section, can last very long

      Good idea. Pack them in the fridge for later use. Do you bake or air fry them before eating after you’ve taken them out from the chiller?

      Spice N' Pans I’ll normally vacuum pack and freeze in smaller portions. I’ll transfer 1 small pack to airtight container and put in chiller section. Any time when I want I’ll just take from the container. Never reheat the dried shallots.
