I love the Dollar Shave Club story, often times I come to this video for some timeless entreprenurial advice. It's crazy that it has been more than 10 years since this launched.
I knew it was going to take off the minute he went through the orange paper. I spot winners. I also write comedy and love the ads that are pushing through the comedy envelope. Everything about that video turned a laughing corner. Also, I know most men hate to go shopping and the convenience of this business is fantastic. Videos way back were not as quick. Anyway, timing, humor and convenience are recipes for a great way to engage people and trust. I think my favorite was that Spanish lady. OMG. I was dying. I could watch this over and over. In fact, I am going to watch it right now. I also shared it and captioned it was gonna make it big..and I was right! Wish I had thought of it. :)
