Do you have a video explaining how you were first introduced and why you became a fan of Korean culture/IU? I'm Korean-descent American with a white stepfather who also loves Kdrama and music so it's always fascinating to meet other people like my stepfather😊
If you watch my first videos on my channel you will hear some of that. I truly just stumbled upon KDramas while browsing Netflix for content when I retired. It all cascaded from there. I will say that my Univerity studies were in history and I have a long standing fascination with French culture (my wife is French). I am disposed to taking my curiostity to where it leads me. I found a great deal of Korean culture shares many of my personal values. Korea has it's issues...all cultures do...but there is a core here that I find very attractive.

My grandfather's generation and my father's generation devoted themselves with the most skill and sacrifice in the world. I am proud that my country came to South Korea's aid when it was needed. It was the right thing to do. I feel the same way about my father who served in WW2 and fought in the Pacific theater. We should never forget the sacrifices they made for us and our future. I am in eternal awe of what they did. Here in the United States they are referred to as The Greatest Generation. We have what we had because they sacrificed what they did.

Last time I was at a concert was at the same venu for Pink Floyd at least 35 years ago. It was so loud I thought I had ruptured my internal organs. Thanks for the warning and reminder. Grats on getting to some concerts.
