Teeeeechnically, Saio was voiced by Takehito Koyasu back in 2005, about six to seven years before he would voice the lovable bastard, Dio. And the whole "Arcana Force are JoJo references" is inaccurate. The Arcana Force are based on the Major Tarot Arcana, the same thing most of the stands Stardust Crusaders are based on. They're not references, they just have the same origin.
