Amazing episode 👏 ❤️ I Have met Shantanu's father, Mr. Kiran Deshpande. I had participated in IIT Bombay ideas competition and he was the judge in the national finals round which took place online during covid lockdown. Mr. Kiran Deshpande liked our idea and project soo much. Even he was the one who announced our name when we won . Great memories 👌 ❤️
The last few minutes where Mandar shared perspective of life was just so good and felt like keep on hearing to him. Felt very good where he shared the simple lived life of every Marathi households.
Felt like i was watching a bunch of friends just chatting about life in general so it goes without saying that i really enjoyed the earthy conversation. More such content needed..good job 😊
Whole episode was so insightful, but the last 15 minutes were the best. Getting to know about the professional and personal challenges you all faced, it really formed a connection at a deeper level. Now, you are not just 3 entreprenuers who made it big, but the human aspect of the journeys you had which got you to this level. Massive respect for you all.
My kinda Sunday binge! Thank you Meghana, Mandar and Shantanu for being real and candid while sharing your journey. I feel more hopeful and confident after listening to this episode. Look forward to indulge in more such free flowing conversations as a part of #Raiser'sEdge.
it's just mind-blowing, so authentic, with no filters. specifically loved that 'we will have to make it' wala thing. amazing! thanks for sharing. more power to you
Its been so joyful to go through the episode. Shantanu how can someone be so curious? Hats off to you on how you are using both your personal and professional time to bring happiness to us.
Hello Shantanu and Mandar, really treasured your conversation and insights on your journey. Specially delighted to see you interact in Marathi. Not very often that we get to see successful C-suite professionals communicate casually, without being preachy and adhering to self-praise. I did not wish to watch this episode, as it is nearly 1 AM but I could not stop myself from finishing it. I am waiting for more episodes with the same team, soon.
I loved the honest advice that Mandar gave at the end .. his is not cliche, but a very honest practical advice.. love the whole conversation by the way
The more I listen to Mandar , the more I feel he should have been on Season 1 of TBWS :) Such heartfelt conversation among 3 stalwarts is much better than reading several self help books.
A piece of content I always come to when feeling low personally and professionally....everytime pickup new lessons MAJORLY everything works out with patience and consistency!!
Such a candid yet resourceful conversation! Loved it! Almost felt like sitting in a room with your elders and soaking in the wisdom. Would love to listen to a masterclass kind of session where you would possibly go in depth about the basics of building a startup, especially in India. How to structure it and some of the early pitfalls to look out for. Nevertheless, great episode, and thank you so much for all the effort that goes in to bring this out. Massive props to the whole team! ❤
Shantanu, Mandar and Meghana - Thank you so much for this candid discussion. I as a person who never had any mentors or friends who are highly successful in life get a feel of having such mentors by watching this. I always used to believe that successfully people are good at everything, they never face hardships or maybe have been conditioned to be successful. But such open conversations have led me to believe that everyone faces things in life and those who keep trying hard and have self belief succeed! @shantanu : This episode has taken the bar of your podcast to a very different level. I am not the person who comments on YT videos but I wish you all the success. PS: madhe madhe marathi aikun khup bara vatla!
I definitely enjoyed the conversation.. but I think their definition of success is different at different age .. success should not be a goal but feeling successful is a wonderful feeling one should not deprive oneself from that ..
These definitions like "Dhandha matlab chori" is really F-ed up. The same people who're taught not to do business are taught to work for a businessman. How funny
Itna so kar bhi company practices wahiyaat hue ja rahe hai. Prices rehte app pe kuch hotel poucho to kuch aur hi baat hoti hai. They really want to embarrass customers if they want the customers to go and argue with hotel owners over tariff rates. Worst company in the whole world. Oyo
I appreciate the effort in conducting the podcast. However, the projecting of Mckinsey as a holier than thou consulting firm is irritating. FOcus on the entrepreneur. The list of senior mckinsey guys and mckinsey itself being on the wrong side of law and morality is well known. The consulting prowess is dubious to say the least.
The last line Mandar said is absolutely true... Its like big brother giving an advice... Btw Shantanu I have send you a LinkedIn message kindly check.. waiting for positive reply
Keep Mandar drunk …man is quite insightful…loved this episode
