I was lucky enough to get that last chance. Drove out of state to see my Papaw. The Parkinson's disease and emphysema was so bad. I told him how much I loved him and how happy I was to have him in my life. He couldn't talk anymore at that point, but he looked me in the eyes and I know he knew it was me there and I hugged him. I knew it was bad and I spoke to him like it was the last time we'd get to talk and it was the last time......he passed away 4 months after that. I am so grateful I got that chance, it is such a precious thing.

And my Grandma had when to the hospital to get some help for her meds cuz they were mking her get sick. I talked to her over the phone the night before she died or a stroke in hospital. The last words I said to her was that I loved her and that I can't wait to see her, she was suppose to come home the following day but never did. I can't remember what I said to my mom before she died. I miss them both so much.

And my Grandma had when to the hospital to get some help for her meds cuz they were mking her get sick. I talked to her over the phone the night before she died or a stroke in hospital. The last words I said to her was that I loved her and that I can't wait to see her, she was suppose to come home the following day but never did. I can't remember what I said to my mom before she died. I miss them both so much.
