This was wonderful. I loved the story behind the dish and the steps to prepare it. It looked so good, then the walnut stuffed figs, OMG! Sounds divine. Ollie, thanks for the laughs and I am happy you didn"t need the hospital. However you didn't slice the eggplant. I was glad you didn't if your clumsy. I do now believe you make can go home and make it. Those markets were beautiful. This was a great trip.❤

Insanely funny in spots, interesting, entertaining and Ollie manning the chopping knife was both a death defying feat and a new dance step called the chop hop.
The food - my mouth is watering. I really love this series and both of you are so good together. Oliver is hilarious and entertaining as always and Stephanie, dare I say it, I think I prefer you in this setting more than in Chateau Diaries! Of course it helps you two have so much fun together
Honestly, guys, TV channels are missing out on you, but I doubt we would get the relaxed pace and the more intimate setting. Really loving this series, even you visited old stomping grounds and taught me new things and brought back wonderful memories that made me want to jump on a plane tomorrow. I keep sharing them with people to inspire their next ‘slow holidaying’ taking time to enjoy a country. Sorry for the long message but great job!
Oh Ollie, the wiggly was rocking with that big knife, I am sorry I couldn’t stop laughing 😂 The face when you did the onion massage 😂 the slime. Oh I have to stop 💛💛💛
I just watched this on an empty stomach and I love all mediterranean cuisine and anything with eggplant so now I'm craving this! Oh and those stuffed figs look heavenly! I have to try this at home. Great show! ❤

LOVED this! I live in Turkey and would love to experience this cookery school myself! I didn't see the name of the Cookery School in the description, could you please provide? Many thanks:)
Imam bialda - the priest fainted - is actually a little joke. The eggplant is purple as where/are the robes of high catholic priests LOL. Thus the halved eggplants are the fainting priests 😂🤣. Love the Turks sense of humour
