Hello Michelle,
So very happy to see you back recording. I was thinking of you and wondering and now you're here 🤗
Loving the cards and yes, more glitter, please✨✨ I love my Birthday card as the glitter shines when the light hits it. I have it pinned 📌to my special bulletin board. I only have items I love on my bulletin board🙌
Our Hamish barks every time he sees or hears the delivery trucks on our street. It can be quite the opera some days. 🤣😂
Sending 8 hugs 🤗for your daily quota & prayers✝ for good health and happy crafting/knitting/crocheting, etc. ~ Lacy 💖
Thoroughly enjoyed your broadcast (first time per recommendation from skeincocaine). I live in a yarny wasteland (Gold Hill, Oregon) and drooled over your superb purchases. You spoke of a list of Rhinebeck venders who fared poorly and I hope I come across it, as I'd like to support them. Will be watching for Cottontail medium pocket project bags to be back. Really like the stitch markers on a chain (necklace) ... could be a go-with to my already laden charm necklace. Looking forward to "seeing" you both again.
Going off the rails isn't so bad...Why do we feel following the Knitting Podcast formula - FO's, WIPs & Future Plans...is the only way to succeed. Keep up the good work. I'm from southern Massachusetts and someday I plan on taking a field trip to your store in East Greenwich RI. Hoping continued success for y'all. BTW, as a viewer, I can pause and come back anytime I want so a long podcast is no problem. I find them enjoyable as I knit along. And I especially love the no commercials. 👍😄
The saying on the other sweatshirt is “For Flocks Sake” 😂😂😂
Thank you!!!
Yes, I watched all the way to the end. And I’m glad you included the photos. Every time I hear podcasters talk about W&F I feel sick and claustrophobic a little. . . Hot flashes, and anxiety. Don’t worry, I’m ok now. I’m glad I have so many more episodes to catch up on!
Thank you, Kim!!! ❤
I love that little yarn cake caddy cute!
Loved the episode. Watched it while working on my Stephen West MKAL. Saw a photo of my knitting BFF with you two. Hugs from Deep South Texas.
Skeincocaine directed me here. I subscribed. Look forward to more of your videos. Thanks for your honest review.
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing. It means the world to us. You can always count on us being honest. 😃
It was what the flock. I almost got it.
Just discovered your podcast tonight, after hearing a recommendation from Skein Cocaine! Well done.
Thank you for watching!!! 😃
Found you through Skeine Cocaine.....she recommended! Awesome Poddy
Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words!!! 💕💕💕
Hi! I’m a 1st timer and I adore you both! Not too long because you both were entertaining! I DID end up Zzzz for a bit, but rewound to where I left off haha. 🧶🤍🧡
Hi Audrey! I LOVE your honesty! ❤️❤️❤️ I would fall asleep, too! Thanks for rewinding 😂😂😂
love you ladies will look forward to watching more of your podcasts. I am from New Zealand
Thank you so much, Muriel! Visiting New Zealand is on my bucket list!!!💕
My new catchphrase is, "According to the Plan." On occasion I'll throw in, "It's Eileen!" Thanks for the laughs - finished two rows on my sweater.
🤣😂🤣
Well, darn.. I had this long comment and lost it all. So, in short, LOVED the garments, laughter, NOT editing out things (was hilarious sometimes, but, loved it all). So, fun and information to watch you 2. love, hugs, prayers.
Thank you so much-as usual!!! 😘😘😘
What a great podcast!! I loved your detailed description of your Rhinebeck experience--the honesty, and the mention of the smaller vendors who need help. I was not aware of most of them, but I plan to follow a bunch now! I have knit with Opus yarn and loved it.
This got me through 60" of tubular bind off. Gratitude! 😊
!!!!!!!!!
Another newbie to your channel after the rec from Skein Cocaine ~ so happy to find you! And SO happy you gave such a lovely shout out to Keisha Simply Vintage Designs and Hope Hope Made Yarn. Need to get some jewelry but have knit with Hope’s yarn and it’s fabulous. Their UA-cam Pine Barren Knits is a favorite of mine since I am a South Jersey girl living in AZ. Love love how the yarn community supports each other ~ so special!
Thank you so much for watching, Jan! We LOVE Keisha and Hope and can't wait until they can come to the shop! We're always happy to FaceTime shop so if you want any of their stuff when they come, just email or call us and we'll set up a time. 💕
I love that fan and I so need one of those for my hot flashes! First time watching your podcast. I am a newer knitter so Im excited to find you guys!
❤❤❤
Really nice recap of Rhinebeck weekend. Loved all the stuff you purchased!! You guys are like famous now!!!
So famous, Lorinda! 🤣🤣🤣
I love the Edith cardigan and your is so pretty!
Thank you!
I’m here because of Gina/Skein Cocaine! She gave your podcast a shout out today. 😊
Fun recap! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting both of you…..definitely a highlight of my weekend! Thanks for posting the picture of us🥰🧶🥰🐏🥰
Hi, Angela-It was so wonderful to see you and to be able to speak with you for a while! Are you going to Vogue? If so, please keep a lookout for me! ❤❤❤
Just found you girls thanks to Skeincocaine’s podcast who I also was referred to. Love, love you both. Thanks for the contacts of all the vendors that had a tough time during WF.
Thank you for coming to check us out, Patricia! ❤
This was the best! Thank you!
Thank you for watching, Sharon! ❤️❤️❤️
This was my first episode. I don't remember who recommended y'all but I really enjoyed watching. I'm looking forward to future episodes. With love from the great state of TX.
Great job ladies! Love your purchases!
Recommend from Skeincocaine. Great podcast.
Thanks so much for watching, Jennifer!!!! ❤❤❤
Great recap! “Almost”makes me want to go again (last time was 2018)! Looking forward to stopping in the shop to see lots of new yarn next time I’m up in RI!
Thanks so much for your support, Meg! Make sure you identify yourself when you come to the shop! 😃
Thanks so much for the comprehensive recap of your Rhinebeck adventures. I had such severe FOMO, but I’m better now that you guy’s mentioned me in the podcast. You all met so many lovely people and I think it’s because you two (and Sam and Dawn) are such lovely people that you attract lovely people. You guys are the BEST!!! ❤😊
We missed you, Eileen! Of course, we were seeing you at every turn, though. 🤣🤣🤣Love you!!! ❤
Loved every minute of this episode! So nice to hear all of your experiences from Rhinebeck.
Thank you so much for watching, Maureen!!! 😍😍😍
Omg-just getting to the end of the video 😂please please get Junction Fiber Mill and Wandering Flock!! 😊😊😊

Congratulations on your over 2000.
Thank you so much, Aida! ❤️❤️❤️
Always fun! Thanks!
I just found your podcast - and subscribed! I love the sweet friendship between you two and the humor of your stories and comments. You have a spontaneous way of making this podcast that is like sitting there with two friends...love it.
That is such a sweet thing to say! Thank you so much!!! ❤❤❤
Hi ladies, I’m watching this pod cast with my grandson Milo here in Bath England. Milo thinks the music played in the beginning is “ very snappy”.
Hello from Mounds, Illinois. I don’t have hot flashes, I have power surges, I get hot from the inside and the heat comes to the surface.
Thanks for explaining the “disastrous yarn fiasco@wool n folk. I was reading things but didn’t realize the extension of the unfortunate problems that occurred. Great podcast especially for those who cldnt attend. Someday hopefully I’ll go!! Happy for your success!! Love the podcast!!
Just found you. Totally enjoyed your podcast, wish I was closer to Rhode Island, I would love to visit your shop! I've subscribed and look forward to seeing you again!!
Thank you so much, Kathy! 😍
Thank you for the best podcast ever.
Enjoyed this Rhinebeck recap. Your excitement shows how much you enjoyed yourselves. Looking forward to attending Rhinebeck in the future.
You will have a great time! Thanks for watching! ❤
One podcaster said some of the yarn, bags, etc. we’re dropped in the mud because of the crowded venue. People just bumping the tables.
Those vendors need to get together and sue. Times are tough and people need their income(s) more than ever.
I loved this podcast ❤
The longer the better!
Thank you for watching and for your kind words, Jess! 😍😍😍
Thank you for the recap!!!!
Gave me a good excuse to sit in bed & knit for 2hrs!! So glad to have discovered you :)
We're so glad you discovered us as well! Thanks so much for watching. 💕
I loved your podcast today. I loved hearing all about the fun you had. You really gave a great description of the weekend. I wish I was there. I may even watch again tomorrow in case I missed anything. 😀😀❤️❤️
You are the sweetest, Linda!!! 😍
Kiesha from Simply Vintage Designs is awesome. Her jewelry and bookmarks are gorgeous. I have a set of the round ones. I need to get a set of the square ones. She doesn't live too far from me so I get to see her product up close and personal 😋☺ Hope from Hope Made Yarn Co is wonderful. Her yarn is to dye for. Their Love Notes are in Hope's Sweater Weather colorway.
Great podcast! I loved watching ❤
Thanks for sharing much yarnie goodness ❤ I went to Terrapin thurs… so so good!
Loved this episode as always, I so wish I could have been at Rhinebeck this year 😢 but 2024 is a definite!!!
Love you Ladies! 2+ hours? Excellent! Knit 4" on the body of a sweater. I knew y'all would have lots to say about #woolandfail and I wasn't wrong. Also I love that you don't edit!
Hello, just started to watch you both, enjoy your chatter, and i do remember the hot flushes, that little fan will help (maybe) i do understand them, they are horrific for some of us. I love all the things that you knit,so clever,i also love seeing all the new yarn.I hope your business continues to be successful, and wish you the best, thank you Pamela Hall.
My first time watching…enjoyed it! So good of you to support the vendors after the fiasco of Wool & Folk. See you in a couple of weeks!
I’m making a jelly roll blanket as well. I’ve decided to make my stripes horizontal, rather than vertical. So I’ll have to knit more rows, It’s a psychological win for me to finish a row.
Congratulations on your 2000 + subscribers! Loved meeting you both on Saturday.
Hugs from the Rio Grande Valley of Texas,
idaknits
Thanks so much, Ida! It was wonderful to meet you as well! ❤❤❤
It was so wonderful meeting you too! We had the best time Saturday night! Can’t wait to see you ladies again!
We miss youuuuuuuuu! 😘
You're over 2000! Congratulations!
Thank you so much, Cathy! And thanks so much for watching! ❤
There is a neck fan that works wonderfully, I bought mine from Amazon and I wondered why it took me so long to buy one.
Going to go and look for it! Thank you so much for watching and for the recommendation! 😍😍😍
Natural progesterone transdermal cream helped control my hot flashes back in the day. Still remember the very first one - I was just 37 (ugh!) and driving to town with my husband. It was about -15F with a -30-something windchill so I was bundled up and had the heater going full blast. Suddenly I went from freezing cold to feeling like I was inside a blast furnace. I switched on the car's AC, rolled down the windows and struggled out of my coat but was still sweating. That's when my husband chuckled and said teasingly, "You're having a hot flash!" I just glared at him and tried not to throttle him lol 😄
I just finished my SheepCamp as you were finishing up the video!!! I had to finish a sleeve...I wore mine to Rhinebeck with one sleeve not finished.....Now to soak it! I'll wear it next weekend to NE Sheep and Wool. I had a bad week with my health, so it took awhile to finish...now to get ready for Halloween Bingo with Fiber Hustle......oh and there is a story behind Dragonfly Fibers. It was bought by Canon Hand Dyes and White Birch Fiber Arts (Lisa Bass) I'm not sure of the whole thing, but it seems like Lisa got all the product from DF. She's in Vermont, Canon is in California (I think). Then Lisa ghosted Canon for quite awhile.....eventually (with legal action, I believe) Canon was able to get the product and bought out Lisa and Canon is now running both businesses.....It is so awful with things like that happen. They were friends, they had their booths next to each other at shows.....so same thing happened with Wool & Folk, I'm not sure some of those friendships will survive either.....okay...off to shower...
This was my first time finding you ladies and I watched every minute. I loved it and look forward to your next episode
Thank you so much for your kind words, Marina!!! 💕
Well I'm almost caught up on all your podcasts. Recommended by Needles at the Ready and not disappointed. I believe Lori would like crochet also as it is easier to put down and pick up without losing stitches. Just pull up one loop. Really don't need a "holder" but stitch markers do look cute on the loop! It could be your shop project. Three to four basic stitches and you're off and running. Good teacher in Justine. 🤗
Loved meeting you at the hotel. It was a highlight of my experience.
We loved meeting you, Mari!!! ❤
I enjoyed your podcast! (Stuck in Minnesota).
love your podcast!!
Such a wonderful episode. I got teary eyed while watching the montage of photos at the end. Your are both amazing humans. The highlight of my Rhinebeck experience were the many hugs we exchanged. Looking forward to your next and next and next podcasts.
Totally enjoyed this episode!
like other comments, I like your funny rambling :) and the fact you edited nothing you said you would edit haha
I’m going to watch this after the gym, I knew I saved that bag of popcorn for something special 🤣
Hope it kept your interest, Kaleb! Thanks so much for watching. 😃
Love the long episodes! Knit a sock cuff 😊
Just found your podcast after Gina ( from Skeinc0caine ) mentioned your podcast and I loved watching you. ❤
We could not love Gina more! Thank you so much for watching! ❤
So glad that you got a chance to meet Marian from @marianatedyarns She is the nicest person and her yarn is amazing.
Needles at the ready told me about you.
Thank you so much for the shout-out! I'm so glad you visited my booth and enjoyed my project bags!
0:49 first yime viewer, enjoyed watching different takes on Rhinebeck since i have never been. I am curious about the colorful photos of socks behind you. What is that? Patterns or sock kits? Never seen a sock display like it
Great Rhinebeck recap...fun. I love long podcasts... I'll have to come and visit. I live in CT so not too far away. 8-)
Great video! First time finding your podcast. 🎉
Lori: where did you get the project bag for your Edith? I've searched all over for "quilt project bags" and all I get are quilters project bags or quilted project bags. Please help. Thank you! ❤️ Edit: Oops, should have watched till later before asking. N/M
What sweater pattern is Lori wearing? Love the black & white!
Amazing job! Thank you!
I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken. So, I’m never wrong.
I feel really bad for the vendors who were cheated and mistreated. BUT... pleaseets move on. This drama is EVERYWHERE. There life and death drama happening in our world. Lets focus on people who are REALLY HURTING. i come to Knitting podcasts to relax and enjoy "KNITTING" Lets rethink the drama thing folks!
