Thanks for your family friendly videos. My 9year old daughter started with a Betta as a gift. She researched Betta's and learned about how to make her happy.. I was shocked how much she researched. That was 3 months ago.. We now have 13 separate tanks and 3 batches of Betta babies. She would like to start her own UA-cam channel. I'm from Alaska but live in Thailand. Cichlids I normally don’t like, they’re def not one of my favorite tropical freshwater, BUT this tank is beautiful with all the different colors!!

You’ve got a scary mix of fish dude. Mixing mbunas with any other African will end badly. At that small size they’ll be fine but one day it’ll look like nightmare on elm street dude.

Psychotic Aquatics not to mention that he added so many fish all at once, likely to cause a large die off from an ammonia spike
Popular, irresponsible, unknowledgeable UA-cam fish keepers are wonderful aren’t they.
The filter is cycled. I don’t think ammonia will be a problem. He removed the sand in the other video and the filter never moved. I’ve kept fish for 39 years now and UA-cam and google are very new. All the information you’d ever need to keep specific species is there. While we all make mistakes, the information is out there, use it to better your hobby and give your fish the best life possible.
Well I have all 3 types and as long as the peacocks and haps are bigger you won’t generally have a problem

Lovely tank set up and the cyclids look fabulous, once they start breeding and get bigger you can sell the larger ones and recoup your costs for the initial setup. A cool way to earn money and enjoy the fish at the same time.

Paul I really want to see these fish live a happy life but that may not happen because you didn’t cycle the tank enough and you introduced too many fish at once which could cause an ammonia spike which could kill all the fish. I’m not a hater of this channel just wanted to let you know.

but its ciclids and they'll start making territories and once one species makes a territory, the other species are dead.

Use a magnetic tank scraper to hold box up.
A good way to overload your tank and throw off the tanks balance. I only put 5/10 fish at a time with at least a week in between each batch of fish. Honestly one of the most irresponsible fish keeper I've ever seen. Every video I've seen of his is filled with mishandling of fish and it's sad to see that people look up to him and back him up in the fish community.

I don't watch his videos that much but every now and again I like to see if he's taken a step back to realize his mistakes and learn from them. Rather than continue to a young audience and act like nothing is wrong, so they then repeat what he's done and mishandle fish. All I ask for from Paul is to do some real research and think before you act. I get it not everyone is perfect when i started this hobby I made mistakes and learnt from them and that's all I want him to do so he teach young people the right thing not the wrong thing.
