Bo Peep Preserves, Drumshanbo - a hub of food

Many will remember Bo Peep jam, last seen on the shelves in 1998, not only with fond memories of an iconic brand and thriving jam factory in Drumshanbo but also of great tastes in times gone by Back in the 90′s, Bo Peep Preserves was a family owned business. Owned and operated by the Laird family in their factory locally known as Laird House. Fast forward to today and Bo Peep is is again a family owned business, the centre of this family being Noel McPartland, jam expert and by his own admittance one of the oldest entrepreneurs in the country! Such was his passion for the Bo Peep brand that he felt extremely compelled to bring her back!

Great work Noel McPartland, so nice to see that the family legacy continues, thank you!! :) Shera and Caleb Laird are distant relatives of mine... I would love to come and visit Drumshanbo and the old jam factory one day. :D
