Her accuracy is legitimately insane. Metronome like precision, never losing tempo for a single note. She hits the shit out of those drums too, good power.
Luana is a fierce master. She goes thru all those blast beats and never-ending fills without even blinking.
Ah, my favourite metal drummer. She says her motto is "Minimum effort, maximum power." Also she said that she likes the Gigabell ride because she can get the tone she wants without having to look at it.
I met Luana for first time in January 2017 in Sofia, Bulgaria - she was a little and scared girl :) Now she is giant!

So I haven't seen this yet but she's great. I HAVE seen an interview with Luana and she's as sweet as she is talented and enthusiastic about her music.

Great observations, OSN! The thing I like about Luana is that she is old school, trigger-free, precise and consistent. Absolutely solid backbone to the style of blackened DM they are going for. I Resign is the best song they have done thus far IMO. I see a bright future for Crypta.

🤘🤘🤘🔥 i'm highly impressed by luana, the queen of blast beats. i was not expecting to see a petite girl who's a killer power hitter in her own right, on par with lombardo and hoglan.
Luana doesn't have a set with many overhead toms or big cymbals, just an 18 ride, two heavy crashes and an 18 china, and with that, she achieves a formidable result.

she is the "best kept secret" in metal....but not for long...I also love how humble and cool she is as well...definitely in my top 10 fav drummers of the past 10 years

Hope you got to see Crypta since they are about to wrap up touring with Morbid Angel. I wish they had a longer set. All of the band members are super nice to fans. Luana was stoked that I brought her some drumsticks since the brand(Wincent) she uses is pretty rare here in the U.S. and she told me all her sticks were pretty beaten up.
