Dude, I'm so addicted to your channel. I deal a lot with anxiety and this calms me down immensely. Thank you for what you do.
Dam, now there's a business idea!
Last year's floods ruined a local bridge and they had to fix it up by removing tons of rock out of a creek I work.
I've never seen so much fine gold that was way deeper than I ever could have got. Excavators are awesome
You're getting on some awesome untouched areas there mate, I need to come back and get a proper pie and a dozen beestings (Ok 13, one for Grizzly too)
thanks for bringing us along on the adventure, the beautiful scenery and doing some planning,,
great that you were able to meet up with some fans!
👍
That was an awesome trip...nice cold glacier fed river...lots of boney rock...lots of black sands...and of course lots of chunky Alaska gold...great weather...One heck of a good looking day Shane...Just a wonderful looking day...Dang I wish I was there with you two. The stuff of dreams my friend...Thanks for the tag along and thanks for sharing...Have a great day. 👍
So cool that you’re doing this series! I’ll be watching a lot of this! Makes me want to go adventuring again!
Great video, Shane and Forrest. So cool that Alaska allows in stream sluicing. Beautiful scenery. Great location for a prospecting adventure, especially for families where the kids will see some colors in their pans. Thank you for sharing, guys.
Klesh,
Don’t normally comment but I was at Crow Creek in 07 and we watched the locals clean up after running a small excavator dumping into a big high bank sluice. We didn’t see the fines as they were still working on cleaning it up but the nuggets they picked out were crazy! 10-15 of em the size of your thumbnail!
We did some panning and ran a small dredge in another creek further down the peninsula while having a family picnic a few years back and just from dredging next to the creek we found a ton of small pickers and flour gold! Lots of gold still in AK!
Great videos! Really enjoy going along with ya on your adventures! keep it up!

Alaskan gold looks good whether or not that ground was salty. That water looks cold with that glacier silt
One of the only states I'd leave Colorado for. Nice video Shane. I miss seeing glacial water & that awesome color!
Thanks Forest for allowing us all into your beautiful part of the world. That’s the biggest dream mat I’ve ever seen. Awesome video Klesh. You are meeting some really great people on your journey 🍻🍻
Another awesome vid Shane! I've just started panning for gold recently. Haven't found any yet, but I live in Ireland. Slim pickings, but I just love the 'adventure' aspect to it plus being out in the stunning countryside over here! Nice!
Between your videos and Pioneer Pauly and Dan Hurd best gold hunting videos that I watch. Tks for sharing
Nice video, thanks for posting!. I was just there last Sunday. Only had a couple of hours and no knowledge of the creek, so we got some specks, and a LOT of super micro gold. Nice place. I will definitely go back sometime. For now back home in Tennessee. BTW, I know some spots here if you come back again.
Man I really dig waking up and escaping for just a minute with your channel thanks.
Oh man I love Alaska!!! Best you move there Shane, that's serious gold.Such a wickedly wild place too but probably a bit too cold for me. I am totally in love with where I live even tho there's no gold here at all :(
Another great vid in your series mate, it's a bloody good series and you're really selling the US to the world, and to your own people as well. Hopefully lots of them will get out and check out their beautiful country with a little detecting and prospecting along the way. You're doing a brilliant job :)
It's nice there but I like Colorado because it's centrally located geographically in the US so I can travel anywhere in the states for a reasonable price. Thanks for watching!
Just wow! Can't believe the sweet spot you guys found. Great gold dude! Glad to see Alaska trip was worth it. Fun video Shane! Til next one my friend.
@@Klesh No Shane. Thank you for constantly upload high quality videos!
Nice vid. Funny you vent from, arhh nahh i dont really know, to all out gold fever 🤣🤣
It is always great to see you find a fan or a UA-camr to go out with you. You guys
really did well out there. Enjoyed the video as always. ; D
I love your excitement! Those were beautiful pans!
Yet another fab video keep em coming the more info the better as I'll be getting a few friends togetger to do a UK Wales video just to see if it could work out for us
That’s a fantastic place there Shane
That’s nice of Mr backhoe to dig it up for you lol
I would be back every day lol lol
Thanks mate for the tour
Crouch Oz
Awesome video man! Too cool!:)
Awesome video man! I go here every weekend, I just got into prospecting this year currently stationed in anchorage and have had great luck at crow creek! Airborne!
AATW! Yeah this place is really awesome I would like to go back with a detector! That was the plan last year but then C 19 hit
@@Klesh that would be awesome! I’m sure there are some nice nuggets somewhere in there! At one point in time they were finding about 700oz a month here!
Man, cool channel. Keep it up!!
nice vid man thats a fun place to go
As a longtime follower of Pauly and Dan I must say I'm really enjoying your videos lately and you've earned a new subscriber! Keep up the great work and thanks for the vids!!
Always trying to improve the show's content with better editing, newer gear, (learning that new gear) and continiuing to enjoy what I do will always come through in the videos.
Heading to Alaska in June. Think I will check this place out
Great video you did really well reading the area it paid and was fun.I went there now I know how to maybe find some lol Thank you Klesh
Awesome man!! Thanks for another great video! When you make it to Arkansas try the Crater of Diamonds state park in Murfreesboro
Ill be announcing my Arkansas Crater of Diamonds Itinerary on Patreon as soon as I get things planned, it's going to be an epic patreon get together!
Im glad you explained the bag of paydirt .
man i cant wait to see the south dakota black hills episode to see if you get some good results. we still have a lot of gold here!! would be cool to see ya hunt for some fairburns too.
Awesome digs, well done fellas. I was expecting you to give your gold to Forrest like what Dan & Pauly did for you at Pickerton.
That's SWEET! Super cool for just a day!! 😎
I was just there yesterday and yes I found some gold flakes awesome video
Great vid Shane! I would love to have the chance to go to Alaska. The sluice looked like it had way too much water running thru it almost like it was under water, wonder how much gold was lost because of it. I love what you do!
I was there 20+ years ago. Still looks the same. Awesome video as always!!!!
That spot was awesome. Had a nice haul from it. Don't you wish you could find gold like that in Co.
The gold around there is really good. I took a pan at the mouth of crow creek once and was really surprised at how much gold was in my pan.
In Wyoming you should pan the bighorn mountains or go to some of the old houses and metal detect
Can you check out Llano, TX please? I've been meaning to try it there but being a beginner in this, I haven't got the right equipment yet or haven't had much time yet.
You man must see awesome places. All the adventures you go on lol.
@@Klesh got that right man. NY sucks for Adventure as far a pannin. Only state that has the law any gold or silver found belongs to the state. But hey as long no cops or rangers tell me to give any i find to the state, its mine lol
Forrest, thanks for taking care of our man Klesh and sharing a great day in Alaska with all of us!
For some reason or another panning and collecting blacksands keeps me working that materials 'till I reach China.Gold is the prize you can't beat and black sands opens my eyes to keep digging getting it all.You keep me in the gold with the videos you put on the air, keep it up and thanks for all your work.
Who new that there would be an Alaskan 'pickerton'.
Beautiful place to prospect and great finds!
Got to like a good day of prospecting in a beautiful location. Oh, and getting the shinny.
Sounds like a good time for 20 bucks! Awesome!
That's freaking awesome bro thanks forest and thank you Klesh I appreciate it brother
What a wonderful video
What was the time frame from when you got to the river to when you gave the update on the water level? Big difference in the speed and color change in the sediment... Good find on the gold...
That is the way they do it at Alabama Gold Camp. They pile up nearby bench deposits at the creek to be worked by high bankers and sluices.
I really like his huge dream mat sluice. That's a bad pony
I dont know the first thing about prospecting but I love your vids and I hope you keep up the great work
From my geology class in college I learned that in gold bearing territory any part of a mountain side that lies at 45 degrees from the perpendicular lay of the land will be the richest gold bearing parcel.
u need to come to Michigan, i would love to know how rich the grounds are up north
The Fraser river east of Vancouver has public panning areas , a local tuber Dan Hurd did a video on the public areas, as well” as his own claims
Let's hit 5,000 Likes QUICK! Thanks for watching!
KleshGuitars Liked!!
KleshGuitars still bummed you couldn’t make it up to Fairbanks man!
Don't be ridiculouse. 5k likes, LOL.
Plus the clickbait. HUGE GOLD? You call that 10th of a pinky nail sized flake of gold HUGE?
Andrek Yea, I do. What’s the biggest natural gold you’ve ever found?
