Ticketmaster Apologizes To Taylor Swift & Her Fans Amid Ticket Fiasco

- Ticketmaster has apologized to Taylor Swift and her fans following this week's ticketing fiasco surrounding her Eras Tour. The ticket sales company shared a statement responding to the debacle on Friday. It began, "We strive to make ticket buying as easy as possible for fans, but that hasn’t been the case for many people trying to buy tickets for Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour. First, we want to apologize to Taylor and all of her fans - especially those who had a terrible experience trying to purchase."
They better. You do her dirty and she finds a way to cut you out of the profits. lol Wouldn't be surprised if she makes her own ticket program for her next tour. Get it together Ticketmaster or she will END you. lol Don't mess with Swifties. Frankly it's decades past time for a total revamp of online ticket sales anyway. Let's do it!

@@gabrielleroux2333 Yes, seriously. Taylor's fan base is pretty powerful and she hates when they're upset. Ticketmaster also owns a resale ticket company. They also sold the most tickets in a single day, in history by 4x and it was only presale but far too many were to resale so actual fans couldn't get them because now they cost 30k. So if her many millions of fans decide to not buy a ticket for any other concert until something changes, yeah, that will have billions in impact. Taylor revamped Spotify, she can revamp Ticketmaster, so yeah, Seriously.

And I didn't make up the name, lol, it's just what her fans are called, Swifties. lol I'm guessing they named themselves that and it stuck back when most of her fans were teenagers. lol Doesn't matter what they call themselves (and I am indeed a Taylor fan), her fans are powerful because SHE's powerful and doesn't like her fans treated badly so is not going to just let this go. Someone's paying the price for it. You see Ticketmaster owns the biggest scalper company too, bit of a conflict of interest and why so many tix go to the scalpers instead of fans. It's a problem. A big one. I'm guessing Taylor will have something to do with finding a solution for the problem. She generally does. As I said. Don't mess with the Swifties. lol Facing the Mob would be safer.

The story is about Ticketmaster being such a disaster because they could not handle the amount of fans she has that want to go to her concerts. She would have had to play concerts everyday for the next 2 1/2 years to meet the demand. If you knew anything about her you would know she is a philanthropist, truly cares about her fans and surprises some with her time, money and handmade gifts, visits sick children in the hospital, mentors some younger artists, is a singer, songwriter, director, producer and actor. When she switched record labels she made the record label change their pay structure so that all artists not just the ones at the top, like it had been get more money and the people who work on an album behind the scenes get paid more. I could go on and on. She has done a ton of things to change the music industry for the better.
I realize after saying the story was about Ticketmaster and not Taylor herself I went on a rant about her. I got carried away with the stupid comment. Of course there is someone better and worse than everyone but there was no reason for you to be a hater. If you don't like her music then don't listen to it.
