Brake fluid tester - test and teardown

Today, let's test a donated brake fluid tester. It tests a brake fluid for water content. Glycol based brake fluid is hygroscopic and thus it deteriorates by absorbing moisture. This tester indicates the water content in the brake fluid using 5 LEDs (0 - 4%). Let's test it, check its accuracy and see what's inside.
