The only low calorie that i would recommend to anyone. This is awesome.
I am confused on if they send white meat chicken or not
It depends on the meal. Some of their meals use chicken breast and some use chicken thighs. Everything we tried was good meat though, nothing that looked suspicious (we've had those before, but not with this).
